| Objective:To explore a method for children’s autism comprehensive interference training that suitable for carry out in hospital.Methods:To analyze the effect of46cases of children of autism and autism tend that received training in our psychiatrist behavior intervention center, between January2009and March2011. Among the46patients,40males and6females, the ratio of male and female6.5:1; Age between6years old and1.1years old,35patients2.5-4.5years old,76%of the total observation; The training time more than6months.22cases mild mental deficiency,18moderate mental deficiencies, six severe and very severe mental deficiency. In order to evaluate the effect of six months training, use PEP-R test to assess progress between children training within a week and training after6months. In addition, implement a comprehensive intervention, combined medical with education and patterns of parental involvement.Results:PEP-R shows, after the treatment the children developed in seven aspects,such as imitation, perception,small muscles, big muscle, eye-hand coordination, cognitive understanding, cognitive express.11cases accounted for24%are significantly changed,mean of intellectual level is68±13;25cases obvious progress accounted for54%, mean of intellectual level is51±10;10cases progress, accounted for22%, mean of intellectual level35±13.Conclusion:The curative effect is significant when implement a comprehensive intervention, combined medical with education and patterns of parental involvement in hospital as a model to carry out children’s autism training. |
