The application of electronic sewing machine has greatly improved quality and processing efficiency of clothing, luggage, shoes and hats, electronic sewing machine has been widely applied in this field. Traditional pattern using a simple linear combination can no longer meet the needs of users, the study of the pattern generation algorithms is important to improve the overall performance of electronic sewing machine.Based on the analysis of functional needs of the 2010 model electronic sewing machine control system, the application control software of electronic sewing machine which is based on embedded system is designed and carried out, the main work are as follows:1) Design a variety of pattern generation algorithms, which is an important performance index of electronic sewing machine control system. Completion of the basic pattern generation algorithms, including air delivery, line, circle, arc,curve,polygon,on this basis to achieve same multiple sew, reverse multiple sew, back sew, overlapping sew to generate various patterns, including the design and generation of complex patterns.2) Through the analysis and comparison by several mainstream embroidery machine format pattern, such as DST, DSB, DSZ, a suitable pattern format which is called WG has been designed for electronic sewing machine, which is initially used in the development of electronic sewing machine and with engineering application value.3) Through the analysis of electronic sewing machine procedures and control system operating state, human-machine interface has been designed by using Qt development tools, including design file management, pattern modification, pattern data conversion and auxiliary functions modules. System parameters and user parameters can be saved and modified, enhancing operational performance of the electronic sewing machine control system.4) Electronic sewing machine control system use master-slave serial communication mechanism, the host computer issued commands, parameters, pattern files to the subordinate computer, the subordinate computer achieve sewing, shear line, motor sports and a series of actions, the state and fault information have been real-time feedback to the host computer. Designed based on multi-threaded, reliable, accurate serial communication.
