The sewing machine is an important equipment for the survival of the textile industry, with the continuous development of embedded technology, control technology,the embedded technology in sewing machines, realizing pattern sewing machine automation, intelligent control, is the current research focus of industrial sewing machine control. Pattern sewing machine with embedded technology to enhance the stability of the sewing machine, the degree of automation and intelligence, has important practical value to meet the needs of users.This thesis mainly studies the design of machine control system and application software pattern sewing, expected by ARM microprocessor and DSP motion control unit to realize intelligent control of pattern sewing machine.(1) This thesis constructs an overall scheme of ARM microprocessor and DSP motion control unit control system based on dual core. The key technology for system development, describes the concepts of embedded system, embedded processor and its basic characteristics. Introduces the DSP digital signal processing technology and its algorithm. Analysis of the control system hardware development platform and related software development platform.(2) This thesis introduces the peripheral circuit design of S3C2440 A processor,including the crystal/reset circuit, clock circuit and RAM circuit design and so on; the liquid crystal display is given; the serial communication module, JTAG debugging module, Ethernet interface circuit, power supply system design aspects of the detailed design of the communication module circuit, according to the sewing machine motion control, motion control is analyzed based on the core DSP selection, the spindle motor control, ARM and DSP communication circuit design.(3) This thesis combined with the control system hardware circuit structure of the embedded pattern sewing machine, the design of the control system software program implementation, establishes the system software flowchart. Describes the software design of the motion control card; in-depth study on the functional requirements of pattern sewing machine process and application software. From the graphics file management, graphic design, graphics, modify several parameters and process control and other aspects of the design of pattern sewing machine operation software(4) By means of the shaft of the motor test and figure test, proved that the control system is reasonable and feasible.
