Investigation And Research On The Current Situation Of Health Management Of Pulmonary Tuberculosis Patients In Kashi City Of Xinjiang

Objective: Kashi city survey of registered pulmonary tuberculosis patients in Kashi city and the situation of the medical and health institutions,so as to grasp the basic situation of TB patients and health management,analysis of the Kashi Uygur and the influence factors for the knowledge of TB prevention and Control Act,the patients with pulmonary tuberculosis knowledge and behavior level,provide countermeasures and suggestions to formulate strategies and measures of health education for patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in Kashi city.Methods: Review of the literature collection in China and Xinjiang tuberculosis health management literature,related theories and methods of health management and policy of pulmonary tuberculosis in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis by using inductive and deductive methods are summarized and summarized;interview method,master the health administrative department of Kashi City,the basic medical and health services of TB patients and health management performance information;through the questionnaire survey,the research object of Kashi from January 1,2017 to April 1st as the cut-off point of time registration in Chinese tuberculosis surveillance report system in Uygur patients,survey master TB patients KAP level;descriptive analysis,data import is characterized by SPSS.Results: Over the past 10 years the number of TB patients continues to increase,the age distribution of patients with tuberculosis in the elderly,from 2015 to 2017 due to disease treatment rate decreased,that since 2015 national prevention policy and health education of tuberculosis shendeminxin,and TB patients found that way because of illness and recommended referral percentage increased referral ratio in 2017 accounted for 42.9%.In the survey of awareness rate of tuberculosis prevention and control knowledge,we know that the total awareness rate of knowledge and behavior in Kashi Uygur tuberculosis patients is 72.4%,but the accuracy rate is low in some options of behavior level.Conclusion: To strengthen the basic medicaland health services and health education and publicity of basic knowledge of tuberculosis prevention and treatment,to expand the coverage of educated people,should pay more attention to the health and sub-health population,urge grass-roots medical institutions of the TB health management ability,to improve the Kashi city health management mechanism of nuclear disease and provide a basis of empirical research,at the same time for the construction of health the management mechanism of TB patients in Kashi area to provide guidance and advice.
