In this paper,based on the analysis of domestic and foreign literature and the features of traditional hydraulic oil extraction equipment,in response to the current problems and technical difficulties in hydraulic presses with high oil content oils,the following researches were carried out including oretical analysis,institutional R&D,prototype manufacturingand experimental optimization.1.The overall structure of the hydraulic press oil-making equipment was studied,mainly including the U-shaped baffle,the upper plates,the lower plates,the frame and the hydraulic system.The working process and principle of the press equipment was analyzed,and the overall technical parameters of the equipment was determined.Three kinds of structural features that can realize the automatic resetting of the separator were compared,and finally the U-type separator structure with external reset is determined,and its structure and parameters are designed.The structure of the upper plates and lower plates was determined,also the frame and its parameters.The hydraulic system was calculated and selected,and the relevant parameters and type selection of the cylinder,hydraulic pump,and motor were determined.2.The three-dimensional model of each part of the hydraulic press equipment was established,and the virtual assembly and interference text of the entire machine was performed.The static characteristics of the lower board was analyzed by ANS YS Workbench,and the safety factor of the lower board were improved by increasing the thickness.Prototype manufacturing was completed,creating conditions for experiment.3.Through single-factor experiments,it was found that the residual oil rate of peanuts and walnut cakes decreased with the increase of the oil gaps,increased with the increase of the filter mesh specification,and decreased with the increase of the holding pressure.The sample impurity rate of peanuts and walnut increased with the increase of the oil gap,decreased with the increase of the filter mesh specification,and increased with the increase of the holding pressure.In the certain thickness of the material layer,the impact of oil extraction was less.When the pressure was maintained,the residual oil rate of peanuts and walnuts decreased with the extension of the holding time.After 30 minutes,the residual oil rate tended to be stable.The study of L9(34)orthogonal test indicated that:the holding pressure had the greatest impact on the effect of pressing oil,the filter size was the second,and the effect of the oil outlet gap was the smallest.
