Large-sized die forging hydraulic press which is used to produce large-sized stampwork included alloy of aluminous and magnesium titanium and alloy of titanium is avital equipment. It is irreplaceable in the defence and aviation industry for production oflarge-sized stamp work.Large-sized die forging hydraulic presses bear largeload,andrequire high structure strength and stiffness,so its manufacturing is very difficult.and itsquantity is limited.therefore,paying more attention to and speeding up the designingand manufacturing of large-sized die forging hydraulic press,have important meaningin the national defense construction and national economic development.In order to meet the demand of large forgings in aerospace and defense industry,china prepare to build800MN die forging hydraulic press. It is the world’s largest a dieforging hydraulic press.800MN die forging hydraulic press has complex structure,hasmany components and parts,and require high installation precision.So the installationquality restricted the performance of hydraulic press.and the installation precision of theC-shaped plate is especially important,for it’s the benchmark of many parts.TheC-shaped plates are slender component parts,so it’s the most important part in theinstallation. in order to ensure that the installation of the C-shaped plate is rationalityand safety,this paper analysised several key technologyes.The work done by this project includes the following aspects:①Referres to the installation experience of large-sized slender member,throughfeasibility analysis,and analysed the structure and size of the C-shaped plate,anddesigned the installation program.with these understanding,this dissertation discussdthe dangerous working conditions.②The finite element software ANSYS was adopted to analyse the C-shapedplate in these working conditions,and we got the stress and deformation.It can meet therequirement of strength and stiffness of the C-shaped plate.③The dissertation analysed the stress of truss in the process of the installation,designed the scheme of the truss,and built a model for finite element analysis.Accordingly,the loading analysis is conducted on the most unfavorable workingconditions and making strength,stiffness and stability analysis so that stress anddisplacement contour diagrams and displacement-load curve is obtained.It provided therationality、safety and reliability of the design of truss structure. ④By using the method of nonlinear analysis,this paper analysed the stress of theC-shaped plate during the installation of the cross key.and we got the relation curve ofthe pressure on the C-shaped plate and the maximum stress and the displacement on theplate.and ensure the plastic deformation will not happen.and we got the force on theC-shaped plate when the cross key was installed.
