Parametric Design Research Of Coal Preparation Equipment Based On SolidWorks Secondary Development

With the progress of technology,the design work of coal preparation is going to be more three-dimensional,more convenient and intelligent.There are many kinds of coal preparation equipment,and each large equipment contains many parts.Therefore,exploring and establishing an efficient design platform in the field of coal preparation equipment has become an urgent need.In this paper,SolidWorks is developed by C# language on the basis of a deep study of its secondary development technique.According to the specific needs of the design,a parametric design system of coal preparation equipment is built,which is named CPE_PDS.The CPE_PDS system is added in the 3d design platform of SolidWorks to serve for coal preparation designer.The CPE_PDS system includes the parameterization design of various coal preparation equipment and its parts and the finite element analysis of the main parts of coal preparation equipment.In addition,the system also established a database of parametric design systems,which includes a coal preparation equipment model parameter database and a three-dimensional image gallery of equipment.The parameters of the equipment are stored in the model parameter database to prepare for the parameterized design.The three-dimensional image gallery of equipment mainly contains the three-dimensional model of the coal preparation equipment for reference or auxiliary in the design.This paper starts with the analysis the principle and methods of the SolidWorks secondary development,and uses Visual Studio and SolidWorks to connect and establish the software working environment.The parameter design of coal preparation equipment and its parts is designed with the combination method of programming and dimension drive,used the API interface provided by SolidWorks.Although the characteristics of different equipment are different,the parametric design process is similar.This paper is represented by a linear vibrating screen and describes the general process and key points of the parametric design in detail.In addition,a brief description is made for some other equipment parametric design process.The SolidWorks Simulation secondary development is also made for rapid structural analysis and testing of the model,which realizes integration of design and analysis in the model checking phase.
