As the main mean of transporting coal in coal mine,belt conveyor system plays an important role in coal mine production activities.With the development of belt conveyor in the direction of high capacity,large inclination angle,fast belt speed and long distance,high energy consumption has become one of the main factors contributing to the high cost of coal mining enterprises.In the current situation of declining coal production and increasingly prominent environmental protection issues,how to improve the energy efficiency of belt conveyor and reduce its energy consumption and operation cost is of great significance to coal mining enterprises.Based on the variable speed control technology of belt conveyor,this paper regards the belt conveyor as controllable load to participate in the joint operation with distributed renewable power generation.Through the coordinated control of operation parameters of belt conveyor(belt speed and feed rate)and the response to the Time-of-use electricity price,the flexible transfer of the electric load of belt conveyor is realized on the basis of the high load rate of the belt conveyor,which effectively reduce the energy consumption and operation cost of belt conveyor system and realize the local consumption of distributed generation.Then the concept of virtual energy storage is introduced.The battery and the virtual energy storage characteristics of coal silo are used to assist belt conveyor system to further transfer the electric load,so as to realize the green and economic operation of coal conveying in coal mine.The main work is as follows:1)The energy consumption model obtained according to the design standard of belt conveyer in static state cannot be effectively applied to the optimal scheduling of belt conveyor with variable speed,and a dynamic energy consumption model for belt conveyor suitable for variable speed control is established,and the parameters of the energy consumption model are modified by the method of parameter estimation,which makes the energy consumption model is more suitable for practical engineering application.2)In order to solve the problem of high electricity cost of belt conveyor in coal mine,a coordinated economic scheduling strategy of coal mine belt conveyor and battery based on distributed generation is proposed,which integrates the wind turbines,photovoltaic and battery into the operation process of belt conveyor.Through the optimal scheduling of the belt speed and feed rate,the matching operation of the two parameter is realized,which reduces the energy consumption of the belt conveyor.At the same time,the Time-of-use electricity price is also introduced.The electric load at the period of high electricity price is transferred by coordinating the operation parameters of the belt conveyor and the charging and discharging power of the battery,which can reduce the operation cost of the belt conveyor and realize the local consumption of distributed generation.3)Considering that it is difficult to effectively transfer the electric load of equipment at the period of high electricity price by simply optimizing the operation parameters of belt conveyor,and the introduction of battery will increase the preinvestment cost of coal mine enterprises.In this paper,the coal storage capacity of the silo is further considered,which regards the belt conveyor,silo and coal transport trains as virtual energy storage units.Through the conversion of energy consumption of the belt conveyor and coal potential energy,the electric load of the belt conveyor can be further transferred.
