Study On Rural Garbage Treatment

In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy,the consumption level of rural residents has significantly improved,the consumption structure has undergone tremendous changes,and the production and types of rural garbage have also increased.The phenomenon of garbage surrounding villages still exists in some rural areas of China.The problem of human settlements is becoming increasingly acute,which cannot improve the sense of gain and happiness of rural residents.Therefore,rural garbage treatment has become a key area of grass-roots governance.Compared with the organic domestic waste composition in the past,the composition of modern rural waste is increasingly complex,and industrial waste and toxic and harmful waste frequently enter and exit rural households.Compared with the relatively complete treatment capacity and infrastructure that urban construction planning has to deal with this kind of waste,rural villages are difficult to be treated equally,and waste has become the main source of pollution in rural areas.The pollution commonly occurs in cities is point source pollution,and the pollution source is fixed.However,in rural areas,due to the imperfect garbage treatment system and the lack of fixed pollution discharge points,it is more manifested in non-point source pollution,with a wider range of treatment and greater difficulty in treatment.There is an imbalance between urban and rural development in the garbage treatment structure.One of the goals of the rural revitalization strategy is to promote the balanced allocation of public resources between urban and rural areas.With the development of economy and society and the acceleration of urbanization,the output of rural garbage has risen sharply.Garbage enclosure,vector transmission,water source pollution,soil pollution,air pollution and other problems have seriously endangered the life safety of rural residents,and rural garbage treatment has become urgent.However,the rural garbage in China has the characteristics of large production,complex composition,serious harmfulness,lagging garbage treatment,low recycling rate,and its total amount is still growing.This paper puts forward that garbage classification is the key to solving the dilemma of rural garbage treatment,and focuses on analyzing the importance and necessity of implementing garbage classification in garbage treatment.By defining the concept and meaning of rural waste treatment and treatment,analyze the difference and relationship between them,and at the same time,analyze the specific cases of rural waste treatment in B Town,District A,Shanxi Province,study the basic situation and effectiveness of rural waste treatment.Through questionnaire adjustment and random interview,summarize that the waste treatment is not harmless enough,the waste treatment is not mandatory,and the farmers’ environmental awareness is limited The effect of rural garbage treatment is not satisfactory.The reason lies in the lack of classification link in the garbage treatment process,insufficient support for garbage treatment policies,insufficient publicity for rural garbage treatment,and insufficient publicity for rural garbage treatment.This paper will put forward suggestions and countermeasures for the treatment of rural domestic waste from the aspects of establishing the pattern of garbage classification treatment,improving the policies and regulations of garbage classification treatment,strengthening the propaganda of garbage classification,optimizing the garbage classification treatment system,and encouraging innovation and research and development of circular economy technology.
