Research On The Classification And Treatment Of Rural Household Garbage By Multi-subject Collaboration

Garbage classification is an effective way to solve the predicament of rural household garbage classification and management and promote the "construction of beautiful countryside".The quality of domestic garbage classification and the effectiveness of governance directly affect the beauty of the construction of beautiful countryside and the happiness of the people.At present,THE classification of domestic garbage in rural areas is influenced by economic development conditions,the importance of territorial government,whether the classification and governance measures are scientific and reasonable,and the governance effect is uneven.The government lacks comprehensive consideration of the relevant subjects when making policies.In the face of successful governance policy schemes in different regions,the implementation effect needs to be predicted due to the differences.This article first through to the rural living garbage processing depth interview,by utilizing the method of statistical analysis of the relevant selection model,constructed according to the front,in the end,the back-end three phases,relying on the government,enterprises,society and seat four kind of main body,collaboration system,technology,mode,management four aspects,the government-led,enterprises as the main body,Social organizations and village committees jointly participated in the "multi-agent collaborative piecewise governance model",and discussed the interaction mechanism of each agent’s behavior in the model.On this basis,the multi-agent cooperative promotion model is used to analyze the multi-agent cooperative scheme of rural household waste classification and governance,taking Y Town of K City as a case,Combined with the above analysis,put forward the coordinated promotion of rural household garbage classification and governance countermeasures;This thesis tentatively puts forward the basic strategy of rural household waste classification in Y Town of K City,and puts forward the innovative ideas of multi-level collaborative promotion of household waste classification and management in Y Town of K City from four aspects of system innovation,technology innovation,model innovation and management innovation.
