Research On Service Quality Evaluation Of Medical And Elderly Care Institutions In Xi’an

The combination of medical care and elderly care is an important measure for my country to actively respond to aging and meet the needs of the elderly for healthy elderly care services.It is an effective way to achieve healthy aging.At present,the development of medical and elderly care institutions in China is in its infancy,and there is still a certain gap in service quality compared with some developed countries.In order to find out the service quality problems existing in the medical and elderly care institutions in Xi’an,and to improve their service quality through improvement,the article first starts by analyzing the factors that affect the service quality of the medical and elderly care institutions.Summarized and analyzed various indicators for the service quality evaluation of medical and elderly care institutions,and based on extensive solicitation of expert opinions,after initially constructing the service quality evaluation index system of medical and elderly care institutions,the TOPSIS analysis method was used to analyze them.After screening,the service quality evaluation index system of medical and nursing care-integrated elderly care institutions was determined,which consisted of 10 first-level indicators such as facilities and equipment and 36 second-level indicators such as rooms and related facilities and equipment.,information entropy weight method and optimized analytic hierarchy process Combined,a "tandem" service quality evaluation model of a medicalcare-integrated elderly care institution was constructed;again,the constructed index system and evaluation model were used to conduct an empirical study on the service quality of a medical-nursing combined elderly care institution in Xi’an.The service quality evaluation grade of the institution is excellent,which is consistent with the actual situation,which verifies the rationality and applicability of the index system and model.The service quality of the integrated elderly care institutions has been evaluated.The evaluation results show that the overall service quality of the integrated medical and elderly care institutions in Xi’an is "good".In view of this problem,people’s mental health is not paid enough attention.In response to this problem,it is proposed to increase policy and economic support,strengthen the construction of service personnel,improve the organization and management level of institutions,pay attention to the construction of mental health of the elderly,etc.Countermeasures and suggestions for institutional service quality.This article provides a method for the service quality evaluation of medical and nursing care institutions.
