| Objective: The traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform was used to analyze the drug use of ischemic stroke recovery patients from the outpatient and inpatient departments of Professor Hu Yueqiang in the Department of Encephalopathy,the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and explore potential laws of ischemic stroke recovery treatment of Professor Hu Yueqiang in the real world.To provide help for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of ischemic stroke convalescence.Methods: In this study,data of IS convalescent-stage patients treated by Professor Hu Yueqiang in the outpatient and inpatient department of Encephalopathy,the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine from September 2018 to September 2022 were collected and sorted through HIS system.In strict accordance with the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,304 patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions were screened,with a total of 373 medical records.Patients’ general information(name/gender/age),main symptoms,tongue coat,pulse condition,diagnosis of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,prescription drugs,etc.,were recorded.TCM names were standardized with reference to the Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China(2020 Edition)and Traditional Chinese Medicine,and a TCM database was established.Then,the patient’s medical record data was input into the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform,structured electronic medical record,and data mining analysis was carried out.The frequency statistical method was carried out for the patient’s gender,age,main symptoms,tongue covering,pulse pattern,TCM syndrome type,TCM prescription,drug attribute(four qi and five flavors,meridian conversion and efficacy),and the association rules and cluster analysis were further used for traditional Chinese medicine.Explore the potential relationship between drugs,summarize and summarize the clinical prescription drugs of Professor Hu Yueqiang in the treatment of ischemic stroke convalescence,and explore the new prescription,and then explore the core drugs of Professor Hu Yueqiang in the real world in the treatment of IS convalescence and the compatibility of prescriptions,explore the academic characteristics of the tutor.Results: A total of 373 medical records of Professor Hu Yueqiang’s treatment IS convalescence that met the inclusion criteria were recorded in this study.After data mining and analysis through the application platform,the main results were as follows:1.A total of 304 patients were included in this study,with a total of 373 visits.Gender statistics showed that the ratio of male to female was about1.64:1.Among the 304 subjects included in this study,232 were males and141 were females,and the age of onset was mostly concentrated in the range of 60 to 80 years old.The incidence of male patients is much higher than that of female patients,and the elderly stage is the main high-risk population.2.Statistics of the main symptoms of patients showed that the frequency of hemiplegia was 81.76%,and the top 10 symptoms were: hemiplegia,numbness of limbs,weakness of limbs,choking cough when drinking water,astringent speech,difficulty in sleeping,fatigue,loose stools,fear of cold,irritability and irritability.3.The statistical results of tongue color showed that the common tongue texture was dull tongue texture,pale tongue texture,dark tongue texture,192times(52.31%),136 times(37.06%),84 times(27.63%),respectively.The statistical results of tongue coating showed that white greasy,thin white and white appeared more frequently,156 times(41.93%),147 times(39.51%)and23 times(6.18%),respectively.The top 3 pulse frequency were smooth pulse,thin pulse and tight pulse,which were 92 times(24.66%),88 times(23.59%)and 50 times(13.40%)respectively.4.The frequency statistics of syndrome types of IS patients showed that the five most common syndromes were wind phlegm blocking collaterals,qi deficiency and blood stasis,kidney-yang deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis blocking collaterals and Yang deficiency and blood stasis,which occurred117 times(31.3%),43 times(11.5%),42 times(11.2%),40 times(10.7%)and20 times(6%)respectively.5.A total of 191 TCM were involved in this study,with a cumulative frequency of 4440,among which 30 TCM had a frequency of ≥40.The top20 drugs in the list of drug use frequency were prepared licorice,ginger,Pinellia rhizoma,Ligusticum Chuanxiong,Tangerine peel,calamus calamus,astragalus membranaceus,Aconitum aconitum,Poria coia,cassia branch tip,safflower,atractylodes atractylodes,Radix notoginseng,Hawthorn,salvia miltiorrhiza,tortoisestortoise,dried ginger,bupleurum,Radix atractylodes and epimedium.From high to low,the statistical results of the four gases showed warm,flat,cold,hot and cool successively.The statistical results of five tastes from high to low showed that they were sweet,sweet,bitter,sour and salty.Among the 191 traditional Chinese medicine channels,all twelve channels are involved,among which the most are spleen,lung,stomach,heart,liver and kidney channels.6.The statistics of drug frequency showed that the use of deficiency tonic drugs was the highest,reaching 867 times(22.60%),among which the most commonly used drugs were aconite,dried ginger,Epimedium,astragalus membranaceus,etc.The next top 10 were activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis(15.51%),relieving surface(11.92%),dispelling dampness(6.98%),warming Li(6.56%),regulating qi(6.49%),clearing heat(5.29%),regulating water and dampness(5.11%),calming liver and extinguishing wind(4.30%),dispelling phlegm and relieving cough and asthma(4.25%).7.Statistical analysis of 373 prescriptions containing a total of 191 flavors of medicine found that there were 132 prescriptions with aconite,and the commonly used dose fluctuated between 15 and 30 g,with the maximum used dose being 60 g,the minimum used dose being 10 g and the most commonly used dose being 30 g.8.Association rule analysis was carried out on 188 flavors of drugs in this study(processed glycyrrhiza,raw glycyrrhiza and glycyrrhiza tablets were removed)(support number was 93,confidence level was 0.9),and 46 commonly used drug combinations were obtained,involving 11 flavors of drugs,showing 53 association rules.The top 5 pairs of commonly used drug combinations were: Cassia branch tip-ginger,pinellia-Poria,astragalus membranaceus-Ligusticum Chuanxiong-safflower,Aconite-dried ginger,Aconite-sand kernel-tortoise shell.9.Cluster analysis was conducted on 191 drugs in this study(cluster number was 7),and 7 core drugs were obtained,which were as follows: Fa Pinellia-roasted licorice-Tangerine peel-Southern Hawthorn-Calamus acorus-Atractylode-Ginger-Poria-Osmanthus Zhi Jian(Osmanthus Zhi Erchen Decoction),Ligusticum Chuanxiong-Honghua-Astragalus membranaceus-Epimedium-roasted licorice-dried ginger-Panax notoginseng(Added Flavor Sini Decoction),Aconite-roasted licorice-yellow cypress-keel-sand kernel-tortoisestortoise-Oyster(Qianyang Fengpi Dan),Coptidis-Cassia-Angelica-Codonopsis-asarum-Dried ginger-Aconite-Wumei(Wumei pills),Codonopsis-Angelica-White art-Astragalus-Bupleurum-Broxibustion licorice-Shengma-Tangerine peel(Supplementary-Qi Decoction),Songjie-Weiling Xian-White art-Cassia Zhi-Astragalus-heath cane-ginger(Astragalus GUI Zhi Wuwu Decoction),Angelica-Processed Licorice-Codonopsis Radix Bupleurum-Astragalus membranaceus-Chuanxiong-Honghua-peach kernel-Red Peony Root(Buyang also five soup).Guizhi Erchen Decoction,Jiawei Sini Decoction,Qianyang Fengbei Dan,Wumei Wan,Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction and Buyang Huanwu Decoction are often used as basic prescriptions for the treatment of ischemic stroke recovery.Conclusion(s):My supervisor,Professor Hu Yueqiang,has a lot of experience in the differentiation and treatment of apoplexy and draws the following conclusions:1.Ischemic stroke often occurs in middle-aged and elderly people over60 years old,the older the age,the higher the risk of morbidity,in the recovery stage of the most common symptoms are hemiplegia,numbness,limb weakness,drinking cough,speech,sleep difficulties,fatigue,loose stool,fear of cold,irritability and irritability,dark tongue,white greasy moss,smooth pulse.2.The sex and taste of commonly used traditional Chinese medicine are mainly warm,tangential and sweet.The properties of Yin and Yang belong to Yang,and the treatment focuses on Yang qi.Return to the spleen meridian,lung meridian,stomach meridian,heart meridian,liver meridian and kidney meridian mainly,the treatment focuses on the first acquired from this,taking into account the five viscera and six fuorgans.3.Professor Hu commonly used aconite,raw(dried)ginger,cassia twig(pointed)and other drugs with warming and calming effects.In terms of drug efficacy,the main drugs were strengthening spleen and eliminating phlegm,removing dampness and collaterals,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,replenishing essence and tonifying kidney,warming and supporting Yuan Yang.The commonly used drugs for supplementing deficiency and lifting Yang are astragalus,codonopsis,Epimedium,Euphorbia,bupleurum;Spleen-strengthening phlegm and diuresis drugs commonly used are white rhizoma atractyloides,southern hawthorn,tangerine peel,pinellia pinellia,poria cocos,sand kernel,calamus acorus;Drugs commonly used to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis are ligusticum Chuanxiong,panax notoginseng,safflower,red peony root and salvia miltiorrhiza.Pinggan Qianyang anshen drugs commonly used tortoise shell,magnet,keel,oyster,Fu Shen.Through the association rules and cluster analysis of drugs,the rules of drug use were summarized and the academic thoughts of the tutor were extracted.Professor Hu believed that Yang qi is the driving force of life activities,which can be used to publicize the whole body on the upper side and distributed with warm water on the lower side.If Yang qi is kept full and smooth,all kinds of diseases will not occur.The essence of the opening and closing of three Yin and three Yang joints of typhoid fever is the expression of the rise and fall of Yang qi.The circulation of Yang qi is the necessary condition for each of the six channels to carry out its own duties to open and close.Yang qi does not move,is nothing more than lifting dereliction of duty,when the rise of Yang qi from inside to outside appear with obstruction,at this time Yang qi deficiency decline,rise weak,or cause qi stagnation,blood stasis,phlegm or for the obstruction;Yang qi convergence from outside to inside,hidden problems,manifested as Yin sheng Geyang,Yang hyperactivity qi reverse,or fire does not go down,qi does not return to the yuan.Based on the school view of "Yang master Yin slave",Hu Shi believes that the pathogenesis of IS is that Yang qi is not transported and deficiency of Yang qi leads to the imbalance of Yin and Yang qi,which is the origin of the disease.The essence lies in the imbalance of the dominant position of Yang Qi,so the drug dispatching prescription pays attention to restore the unobstructed and warm Yang Qi of human body.4.Under the theoretical guidance of Zhong Jingqin’s Anlu Medicine(referred to as "Yang Supporting medicine"),the tutor in the treatment of apoplexy,especially in the convalession period,emphasized the Kangli pole,closely followed Zhong Jing’s 12-character salary "Observe the pulse syndrome,know what’s wrong,and treat according to the syndrome",paid special attention to the effect of Yang qi.The clinical syndrome mainly started from Yin and Yang,combined with the syndrome differentiation of typhoid fever and carried out throughout,the main principle was to restore the mechanism of Yang qi’s rise and fall.Closely "disease in Yang,Yang Yin;The academic thought of using Yang to transform Yin for those suffering from Yin disease advocates the therapeutic concept of "Yang qi should be propagated and warmed,maintain the circulation of Yang qi,and restore the ontology structure of inner
