To Analyzed The Principles Of Clinical Prescription And Medication Rule For Professor Gong Xiaoyan In The Treatment Of Asthma (Heat Asthma)

Objective: The purpose of this study is to explore professor Gong Xiaoyan over the years in the treatment of asthma(heat asthma)clinical prescription and medication law,high-frequency drugs categories,taste and channel tropism and other characteristics,core drug compatibility characteristics,The combination of prescription features,core prescription,from the above different angles of Professor Gong Xiaoyan treatment of asthma(heat asthma)syndrome differentiation experience and academic thinking to explore,guide clinical syndrome differentiation thinking,provide a reference for the future clinical treatment of asthma.Methods: Through sorting out the cases of outpatient asthma(hot asthma)patients from June 2018 to March 2023,Professor Gong Xiaoyan of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of TCM,The patients were selected according to the standard of inclusion and elimination,the basic information of patients and the addition and subtraction drugs were entered into Excel table,the database was established,and the data was transformed into the data for analysis.The TCM heritage computing platform(V3.0)software was used to analyze the types of high-frequency drugs,The characteristics of nature and taste and meridian tropism,the characteristics of compatibility of core drug pairs,compatibility of group prescription,core prescription and other statistical methods,summarize the experience and academic thoughts of Professor Gong Xiaoyan in treating asthma(hot asthma)based on syndrome differentiation.Results:Through the statistical analysis of 300 medical records included,the following results were obtained:1.Frequency results: The 300 prescriptions involved 126 traditional Chinese medicines,the total frequency was 5304 times,with an average of 17.68 drugs per prescription;The pharmacodynamics were classified from high to low in frequency as follows: resolving phlegm,relieving cough and asthma,relieving exterior,clearing away heat,calming liver and relieving wind,reinforcing deficiency,promoting water and dampness,and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.The drug properties were mainly cold,the frequency was 2393 times,followed by warm drugs,the frequency was 1764 times,and both cold and warm were used.The taste of medicine is mainly bitter,pungent and sweet.The four channels before meridian tropism are lung meridian,liver meridian,spleen meridian and stomach meridian.2.The results of association rules: Four pairs of drugs were obtained: Aster and common coltsfoot flower,Rhizoma Pinelliae and Radix Scutellariae,Belamcanda and Herba Ephedrae.The two groups were Earthworm,Bombyx batryticatus,Cicada slough and Perilla frutescens,Radish seed and Mustard seed.The core drugs in group 1 included "Ephedra,Lumbricus,Muscardine silkworm,Cicada slough,Ginkgo biloba,Morus alba,Pinellia ternata,Scutellaria baicalensis,Fritillaria thunbergii,common coltsfoot flower,Aster,Bupleurum chinense,Draba seed."3.Clustering results: Three groups of basic prescriptions were obtained: C1,Peucedanum,Fritillaria thunbergii,Lumbricus,Muscardine silkworm,Cicada slough,common coltsfoot flower,Aster,Ephedra,Ginkgo biloba,Pinellia ternata,Morus alba bark,Ardisia japonica.C2 mustard,reed,perilla,radish,shoot stem,almond;C3 Salvia miltiorrhiza,Trichosanthis,Angelica sinensis,Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi,Forsythia suspense,Heartleaf houttuynia herb,Turmeric.Conclusion: Based on the results of data mining,the clinical experience of treating asthma(hot asthma)is summarized as follows:1.Both internal and external fire,heat and evil qi are easy to invade the lung,forming lung heat,heat stasis and collaterals,poor qi,unclear lung qi,Xuansuan disorder,spleen failure,water stagnation,daily accumulation,decoction phlegm,phlegm stagnation in the lung,stagnation of heat and heat,and finally formation of heat and blood stasis in the lung.2.The syndrome differentiation of the eight programs is the program,and the syndrome differentiation of the Zang-fu organs is the basis.Internal and external evil qi leads to lung,spleen,liver,kidney and other viscera dysfunction will cause asthma.Clearing away heat and removing phlegm and relieving cough,qi,dredging collaterals and relieving asthma are important treatments for lung heat phlegm and blood stasis in the treatment of asthma(heat asthma).3.Dingchuan decoction and Xiaochaihu decoction are commonly used in prescription and medicine,such as "Aster and Donghua","Baiqian and Qianhu","Pinellia ternata and Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi","shooting dry and ephedra" and "Dilong,Bombyx mori,cicada slough","perilla seed,Raphani seed and mustard seed".
