Professor Piao Chunli Medication Rules And Experience In The Treatment Of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropath

Objective: The TCM inheritance computing platform was applied to explore the syndrome type distribution and medication rules of Professor Piao Chunli in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,analyze her clinical experience,and summarize Professor Chunli Pu’s academic thoughts on the differentiation and treatment of urinary and peripheral neuropathy,so as to guide clinical practice.Methods: The electronic medical records of Professor Piao Chunli in the treatment area from September 2020 to December 2022 were collected,and an Excel database was established.The frequency and cluster analysis were used to study the included 200 medical records.The syndrome distribution and medication rules of Professor Piao Chunli in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy were obtained by statistical methods such as frequency and cluster analysis,and Professor Piao Chunli’s clinical experience and academic thoughts were summarized.Results: Professor Piao Chunli believes that diabetic peripheral neuropathy is in a state of "deficiency and damage".The core pathogenesis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy is "toxic damage to collateral vessels".The syndrome distribution of DPN was mainly qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and phlegm and blood stasis blocking collaterals syndrome.In the treatment of this disease,the tutor takes detoxification and dredging collaterals as the method,tonifying deficiency and detoxifying,removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals.In terms of medication,the commonly used drugs were tonifying deficiency drugs,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs,clearing heat drugs,etc.Warm,cold and soothing drugs were often used,and the main meridians were liver and spleen.The commonly used combinations were Astragalus membranaceus and Cassia twig,Astragalus membranaceus and Salvia miltiorrhiza,Astragalus membranaceus and Guijuanyu,etc.Cluster analysis showed that the basic prescriptions were Radix astragali,Radix salvia miltiorrhiza,Cinnamomum twig,Radix paeoniae rhizoma,Radix paeoniae rhizoma,and Radix paeoniae rhizoma.According to different types of syndromes,the corresponding dialectics were modified and modified to form each type of prescription.Conclusion: The key to the pathogenesis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy is toxic damage to the collaterals,and the most common type is qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.The disease is located in the limbs.Professor Park Chun-li,her tutor,takes detoxification and dredging collaterals as the method,and uses warm and warm drugs to supplement and promote blood circulation and dredging collaterals,so as to achieve the effect of detoxifying and removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals.
