Professor Liu Tiejun Studied On The Acid Vomiting Data Mining And The Network Pharmacology Of The Core Prescription

Objective: Through the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support platform v2.5,using data mining technology to comprehensively analyze the medication rules of Professor Liu Tiejun in the treatment of vomiting acid,summarize the core prescriptions of Professor Liu Tiejun in the treatment of vomiting acid,and further explore the core prescriptions of Professor Liu Tiejun by means of network pharmacology.Methods: A total of 303 cases were collected from the outpatient department of Professor Liu Tiejun in the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Third Clinical Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the past five years.The basic information of the patient ’s name,gender,age,chief complaint,engraved disease,TCM diagnosis,Western medicine diagnosis,treatment,prescription and so on were recorded and preserved.After sorting out and entering the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform v2.5,the included medical record information is standardized,frequency analysis,correlation analysis,cluster analysis,complex network analysis and so on are carried out.According to the results of data mining,the core prescription of Professor Liu Tiejun ’s treatment of vomiting acid is sorted out.The network pharmacology method was used to search the active ingredients and targets of the drugs in the core prescriptions in the TCMSP database.The targets of gastroesophageal reflux disease,chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer were searched in the OMIM,Gene Cards and other databases,and the common targets of diseases and drugs were screened.The protein network interaction map was made through the string database.The effective components corresponding to the common target genes of drugs and diseases were screened to construct the ’ active component-target-disease ’ network diagram of core Chinese medicine.Through GO and KEGG enrichment analysis,the ’ active component-target-pathway ’ network diagram of core Chinese medicine was constructed to verify the mechanism of action.Results :1.A total of 303 medical records were included in this article,including 118 male patients and 185 female patients,with the largest number of people in the 50-59 age group.2.Included in the medical records,the majority of liver and stomach heat syndrome,the highest frequency of symptoms for acid reflux,heartburn,dry mouth,hiccups,bitter taste,tongue with red tongue,moss yellow majority,pulse with slippery pulse.3.In drug statistics,the majority is warm,followed by cold;the five flavors are mainly bitter and spicy;most of the meridians are classified as spleen and stomach meridians,and other meridians are involved.4.Tutor treatment of vomiting acid core prescription drug composition for Huanglian,Wuzhuyu,Dahuang,Gancao,Shigao,Calcined corrugated,cuttlebone.The core component targets of drugs include quercetin,calcium carbonate,calcium sulfate,berberine,and flavonoid K.The core target genes of drugs and diseases include gene metalloproteinase 2,interferon γ,catalase,interleukin 1α,interleukin 1β,etc.It exerts anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory effects through pathways such as Pathways in cancer、Cellular senescence、Gastric cancer、Toll-like receptor signaling pathway、Epithelial cell signaling in Helicobacter pylori infection.Conclusion: The core prescriptions of the tutor for the treatment of vomiting acid are Coptis chinensis,Evodia rutaecarpa,Rhubarb,Glycyrrhiza uralensis,Gypsum,calcined Corrugate and cuttlebone.The core targets of traditional Chinese medicine include quercetin,calcium carbonate,calcium sulfate,berberine and flavonoid K,which mainly act on MMP2,IFNG,CAT,IL1 A,IL1 B and other targets.Pathways in cancer、Cellular senescence、Gastric cancer 、 Toll-like receptor signaling pathway 、 Epithelial cell signaling in Helicobacter pylori infection and other pathways may be used to treat acidosis.
