The new exploiter on the oil - gas field at sea is increasing year and year with the high speed and effect developing of the ocean oil industry. There are all kinds of causes resulting in wrecking the pipelines at the seabed, so it must take some reasonable maintaining measures and necessary equipment to repairing it. The research are supported by the subproject "underwater special machinery equipments "which belongs to the national "863"project. The job of maintenance adopts the underwater diamond wire saw for cutting the oil - gas pipelines aiming at the characteristic of the benthal condition and the structure of the pipelines. The main work of this dissertation includes researching the underwater cutting technology of diamond wire saw and developing its engineering prototype.The dissertation introduces the development status of the domestic and foreign underwater task tools, underwater task systems, underwater cutting method and pipelines cutting equipments. It also summarizes the development of the diamond wire saw and proposes the idea of adopting underwater diamond wire saw for cutting the seabed pipelines.Through the analysis which are the applying background of the project and the applying of the diamond wire saw for cutting the seabed oil-gas pipelines in the foreign, the whole scheme of the underwater diamond wire saw is confirmed and its parts are designed by scheme. This dissertation analyses the factors and the forms of the seawater eroding, and puts forward the measures of the antisepsis and the seal method which fit to the engineering prototype of the underwater diamond wire saw well.The dissertation builds the main structure of the tension sensor of the string bead wires, analyses the principle and the capability guideline of the sensor and develops a new tension inspecting system of the dynamic- static state string bead wire. It resolves a series of key technology which includes not only the fixing sensor and signal transmission, but also the display of the tension state. The dissertation either discusses the measuring tension method of "three points curve" and establishes the tension mathematic models for the static-dynamic state of the string bead wire based on the infection of the resisting curve rigid degree. Finally it analyses the working principle and technical characteristics of the static magnetism bar beeline displacement sensor which inspects displacement and determines the sensor's technical parameters.The working principle of the manual hydraulic control system is analyzed.
