The dissertation put forwards and studies the energy conservation design calculation and envalute for residential Buildings with EHTV method. The EHTV method includes EHTV value, EHTV Energy Consume Calculation and base EHTV value.It is important that the buildings envelop thermal design and energy consume value calculation in building energy design. It has issued residential buildings energy design standard for Heating zone hot summer and cool winter zone and hot summer and warm winter zone. For Heating zone, the Method of Effective Thermal Transmittance based steady heat transfer is used for the energy consume calculation, For hot summer and cool winter zone and hot summer and warm winter zone, the Method based dynamic heat transfer must be used for the energy consume calculation.The Envelop Heat Transfer Value (EHTV) is a mean value for sum of heat transfer in envelop by buildings area. The EHTV considered thermal transfer by differ temperature and solar radiation of wall windows and roof, it also included the affect of regenerator and radiation of envelop in dynamic heat transfer. The base of EHTV calculation is analyzing the dynamic heat transfer to equivalent temperature difference Solar factor of windows, for the shading of windows it used external shading multiplier.Not only including the heat transfer of envelop, it is also considered air infiltration inner heat gain lighting energy efficiency ratio for Energy Consume Calculation. In the influence of outer dynamic weather condition and envelop heat transfer, these become more complex. So it is difficult to calculate the energy consume in a simple academic formula. The dissertation put forwards Heating and Air-condition energy conservation coefficient and Shape correction coefficient, it included all factors with a simple formula.It is regulated that performance value and prescriptive value in the residential buildings energy design standard for hot summer and warm winter zone. EHTV method predigests the Energy Consume Calculation Method, be used to the performance value design. Base EHTV solved the problem that in the case of different layout demand building landform indoor condition all buildings has the same building design control value for one region. It is also cleared that the key for building energy design is improving the building envelops insulation of and the energy efficiency ratio of equipments.The method for studying EHTV and the parameters is based on calculating a design model with program of DOE-2, the model and the condition have representational, the scientific decompose for these parameters. The dissertation marks off air-condition calculating period and heating calculating period by the weather, so EHTV and other factors are mean value to air-condition calculating period and heating calculating period. It has proved that EHTV and other factors could reflect the effect of envelop heat exchange.The EHTV study has assimilated experience from the OTTV of overseas countries and Hongkong, and made innovation from OTTV. First EHTV extended the region of OTTV, it is the same with all weather condition, but OTTV is used in hot zoon for air-condition. EHTV could calculate energy consume, but OTTV is just a heat transfer value for not including air infiltration inner heat gain lighting energy efficiency ratio of equipments.According the EHTV method, it has made an EHTV program, it included calculating factor in database, could calculate EHTV base EHTV easily. It also used to judge if the design is conform the demand of energy conservation.It has proved that EHTV method is reasonable and convenience, the calculating error is little between EHTV method and DOE-2 program. EHTV is suited energy consume calculation for all region, EHTV reflects the effect of envelop heat exchange. Base EHTV is a better energy design value. So it could extended in energy consume calculation, and would promote the buildings energy efficiency of our country.
