Research On Sustainable Water Resources Development Coordinating With Society And Economy In Basin

It is well known that sustainable development and utilization of water resources are very important to this society. In this thesis, sustainable development and coordination development with society and economy in Dongjiang basin are discussed. Following contents are mainly addressed in this study.1. According to the thought of sustainable development, the concept of sustainable development of water resources is defined and analyzed. The concept of development threshold is defined from the angle of ecology, that is a new model evaluated water sustainable development, and its characteristics are analyzed. Thus, the model of development threshold of water resources of the river system is established.2. The targets of reasonable allocation of water resources are analyzed, the models are established that are water quantity analysis model, water quality analysis model, economy analysis model, water demand of eco-environment model. Then based on the models, by the use of the theory of system analysis, large-scale systems and multiobjective decision-making, based on water quantity and quality, the multiobjective reasonable allocation model is established.3. The water support and subject to the society and economy are discussed from the each relationship of water resources, eco- environment, society and economy. To evaluate carrying capacity of basin more scientifically, the viewpoint is put forward of water resources carrying capacity and water environment carrying capacity evaluated at one time. Index system is established for evaluating water resources carrying capacity, and the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is put forward.4. The interaction relationship of water resources, economy, society and eco-environment are analyzed. Based on the relationship of the four subsystems, the run model of basin REES system is established. Then the frame of index system of basin has been put forward, and the relevant methods are provided.5. Research on sustainable development of water resources and coordinate with society and economy in Dongjiang basin, the research results are: at present, water development in Dongjiang basin is sustainable. At the same time, at the agent of its development threshold, water resources has been allocated, and carrying capacity is evaluated. At last, by the analysis of the results of allocation and carrying capacity, the structures of use water and industry must be adjusted, then, the sustainable development of Dongjiang basin will be realized.
