A Research On Floating Population Collectivity Morphology In The Background Of Chinese Urbanization

The large scale flow of rural surplus labor and voluntary formation of Floating Population Collectivity Community (FPCC) in cities have gradually become a popular phenomenon in our relatively developed areas since domestic reform and opening. Under the opposite regimes between urban society and rural society, because the government and the professional haven't been casting necessary attention and overall study, its formation and development have not only broken away from the urban-rural management system, but also brought many-sided negative influences upon the development and construction of cities. Consequently, how to reasonably guide and efficiently rectify this abnormal-quality community has turned into a realistic problem urgent to solve. In view of these facts, firstly, this paper roughly describes the concept, characteristic, tendency and relative circumstances of FPCC in the background of sociology and western rapid urbanization. Secondly, this paper focuses on the typical collectivity communities in Beijing, Nanjing and Shenzhen so as to analyze and summarize the formation mechanism, basic characteristics and major problems of domestic FPCC. Eventually, based on the systematic contrast between domestic and foreign FPCC, this paper stresses on the rectification of physical morphology space of FPCC in its comprehensive exploration for rectification policies—— In this part, the author deem that in the rectification of physical morphology space of FPCC ,we need not only draw up the physical rectification plan for existing collectivity communities combined with its dependent rural areas, but also strengthen the construction of public house and floating population settlement community, and simultaneously ensure this scheme can be put into practice successfully by means of fund, organization and so on.
