Preliminary Explores On The Floating Population Low-Rented Dwelling's Constraction In The Fast Urbanizition Background

Through investigations and researches in Nanjing,Suzhou,Wuxi three municipalities, this thesis makes investigations and analysis in detail about the present situation of the floating population, the development process,living pattern and the organization and construction pattern of low-rented dwellings in floating population compact community . And on this base , analysis the problems that fall of the construction of low-rented dwellings in floating population compact community brings and the Obstacles existed in construction of low-rented dwellings in floating population compact community. Finally this paper brings up that construction of low-rented dwellings in floating population compact community should begin from the policy,system and planning principle and gradually to be solved based on current problem .In fine, this paper discusses the influence that problems of the flouting population bring to the city based on the urbanization and the construction of low-rented dwellings in floating population compact community. In the research, based on the theory of the Sociology,Economics and planning and based on the systematic contrast between domestic and foreign the writer proposes the probable countermeasures for construction of the approaching low-rented dwelling's organization and construction of floating population .
