Business Process Composition For Process Reuse In Networked Manufacturing

With the rapid development of network technology, especially the technologies of Internet/Extranet/Intranet, manufacturing has got new challenges and chances. Networked manufacturing has become the new manufacturing model of improving the speed of responding to the market and satisfying customer requirements. The business process supported by computer is one of the methods realizing network manufacturing. Rapid, reliable and effective construction of business process has become one of the important problems to be solved in networked manufacturing, and the reuse of business processes between enterprises and the reuse of business process composition are vital in the problem above.On the basis of analyzing networked manufacturing, actuality of business process research and the problems in the composition of business process, the two reuse models--business process between enterprises and composition of business process, have been set up. In the former one, business processes of enterprises have been separated into independent internal business processes and external ones. Through outer ones, the inner business processes have realized loose coupling, which can advance the reuse of business processes between enterprises. In the latter one, a combination rule of mixed business process has been put forward, which can boost the reuse of business process templates in definition layer and running layer of business process.During the implementation of reuse model of business process, some implementary models based on speech act theory have been analyzed, and the implementary method of speech act combining business action theory and action workflow has been put forward. And then, the collaborative course of business process between enterprises has been described with business action theory. And the communication method of business process between enterprises has been pictured with action workflow, Lastly, the functional model of external process of enterprises has been analyzed and constructed with collaborative theory.During the implementation of reuse model of business process composition, adaptive development model of enterprises has been established with individual adaptive model on the basis of adaptive organization theory.
