Harmonious Habitat

"In the first 20years of 21st century, building up the comfortable society and realizing modernization at the middle of 21st century"is the great goal of Chinese government and Chinese people. How to develop the town housing under this goal? How to solve the problems during the housing construction? Those are the main content of this thesis.By analyzing the basic factors that influence the development of housing, which include human, nature, society and national situation, the thesis puts forward the new direction of Chinese urban comfortable housing in the first half of 21st century. That is Harmonious Habitat. According to this analysis, the thesis constructs eleven guideline evaluation and supporting systems. Three systems are chosen for detail analysis. Measures and suggested guidelines of interior function, exterior space and supply system are put forward.The thesis uses synthesis and systemic research methods, breaks the location of emphasizing microcosmic and single layer on the housing research area, has multi-dimensional and crossed views and dynamic and foreseeable logic thinking. The thesis adopts the courses of"bringing forward questions---analyzing questions---setting up issues---discussing on the issues---demonstrating conclusion". It dissertates on the modes and guidelines of harmonious habitat.The thesis has four innovation points. The first is putting forward the ideal goal of comfortable housing in towns of China---harmonious habitat, its definition and basic idea, constructing the basic structure that contains eleven systems. The second is from the basic function of habitat, the thesis puts forward the feasible guidelines of interior functional space. The third is from the view of national situation and humanity, the thesis puts forward suggestion on the development exterior spaces. The fourth is under the principles of"justice first, thinking efficiency"and"safeguard within measure", the thesis puts forward the concrete levels and scale on classified accommodation of harmonious habitat.Harmony is the always theme of development. We must insist on harmony to develop the comfortable housing in the 21st century. That is the key issue and the most important content of this thesis.
