Application And Study On Close To Nature Forestry Theory (CNFT)

Begin from the process of foreign forestry theory, history background of some foreign forestry theories and their development was reviewed, development, selection, applying experience of CNFT was expatiated, taking Germany as a case study, the practice, experience, government system on CNFT was analyzed.The connotation, character, and basic principle of CNFT was expatiated, the theory system was evaluated from the angle of economics and philosophy, the CNFT based forestry government methods was described based on CNFT experience applied in Germany-aid project which implement in Beijing.The history and development of forestry government theory in China was introduced; forest resource status, problems existed in forestry government, management in China were elaborated; strategies to address these issues were proposed to afforestation, man-made forest conversion, secondary forestry conversion, nature forest protection, ecosystem recover combine to forestry construction of China.Status of CNFT was discussed on modern forestry construction of China combine to modern forestry development stratagem.CNFT based proposition was preliminary discussed to issues which include development goal of Economics Forest, forestry Productive Forces Distribution, study system and theory extend system construction of CNFT, CNFT based management method, country forestry government system adapt to CNFT.
