The Study On Relationship Between Alcohol Consumption And Thrombosis

In this study, we try to investigate the relationship between alcohol consumption and thrombosis through two points of view which were Animals and clinic experiments.This article composed with 3 experiments. In the first experiment, We try to research the relationship as well as mechanics of drank and albino rat thrombosis through long-term observe on artificial gastro feeding to them. We research several aspects index such as ino - dissolution system, blood coagulation factor, anti-blood coagulation system, endothelium function, blood-fat level. We discover that long-term artificial gastro feeding to albino rat maybe lead to high blood coagulation state, which can increase them occurrence of thrombosis.In the second experiment, we choose mice as the experiment object, build mice artery thrombus model using carrageen. By using several kinds of alcoholic mass, we try to research the impact on the length of mice black cauda. We conclude that a little quantity of alcoholic mass which was artificial gastro feed to mice has no evidence preventive or allieviate affect on thrombus .Both medium dose alcoholic mass or add some herbs which may promoting blood flow, can aggravate the action of carrageen causing thrombus.In the third experiment, we examine men drank or not on the index correlating with thrombus .We conclude that large quantity of drink can increase the occurrence of cardiovascular or cerebral artery thrombus disease.Long-term drink can reduce the level of Protein-C, debase the function of anti-blood coagulation system, which can increase the fatalness of thrombosis.By this research, we conclude that alcoholic mass consumption more than medium quantity can do harm to one's body, probably increase the fatalness of thrombosis. Little quantity drink has no obvious preventive effect on thrombosis, furthermore, it has no distinct prevention or amelioration on thrombosis .Therefore , although little quantity drink has little harm to body, we didn't advocate protect cardiovascular or cerebral artery system by drinking .The means of this research is very scientific and advanced, the conclusion of that is reliable and dependable.
