Guo And His "Yunshan Diary"

Guo Bi, a littlie-known artist in art history of Yuan dynasty. His diary named "Yunshan" has been survived. And they have been the study subjects of the doctoral dissertation. On the study of the diary and Guo Bi, we can see the calligraphy and painting life of Guo Bi. Of course, Guo Bi calligraphy and painting life is not confined to the diary. Yunshan diary is only an introduction of the writing of the paper. It begins to talk from the diary in Guo Bi’s calligraphy and painting association, extending from inside to periphery. On the study of Guo Bi’s calligraphy and painting association and extension, we can see a huge art group about the intellectual in the Jiangnan region in the early history of Yuan dynasty.There is another spectacular social phenomenon in the group.
