Research On Developing Motivation And Path Of Chinese Low-Carbon Economy

At present, climate change is strongly concerned by governments all over the world."Low-Carbon Economy" was first proposed in2003. Since then, Low-Carbon Economy has become an important public affair, in which all the governments must play a leading role, not only to do the whole design, but also to formulate the corresponding laws and regulations, so as to ensure the Low-Carbon Economy development goals.Low-Carbon Economy refers to the concept, which is by the guidance of sustainable development, through technical innovation, system innovation, industrial transformation, new energy development and other means, to minimize coal and oil and other high carbon energy consumption, to reduce emission of greenhouse gas, to achieve economic and social development and ecological environmental protection win-win patterns.
