Research On The Coordinative Development Between The Tourism Industry And Urbanization

The development of tourism and urbanization are two striking topics under the background of the twenty-first Century world economy. It will be able to play a "magnetic effect", if the tourism and urbanization should develop in a collaborative way. The city and town the soil of the tourism development, the tourism industry cohesion and the centripetal force,relies on the tourism industry, shows to be the most effective. Urbanization in an orderly way promotes the rapid development of tourism. In turn, the effects of tourism development and driving force help to attract investment,to introduce of talent human resources, to gather information, and to expand the market. Therefore, the tourism and the urbanization collaborative development draws more and more attentions. To explore the mechanism of their coordinated development, reveals their coordinated development law is of great significance to promote further development of the new urbanization and the tourism.Based on this, in this study, the comprehensive use of tourism theories, city economics, synergetics, the evolutionary economics theory and econometric analysis method, the theory of tourism and urbanization coordinated development are analyzed, such as the analysis of the development function and the synergistic effect of tourism industry and urbanization, and explores the internal mechanism and dynamic factors of tourism the coordinated development of industry and urbanization, based on this, the present situation and the origin of the coordinated development of regional difference of in-depth study of tourism and the urbanization, and the use of structural equation method, a concrete analysis is made on the related factors. Tourism and urbanization coordinated development and at the same time, combined with the reality of Hunan tourism and the development of urbanization the Hunan tourism and urbanization coordinated development case study. And then put forward the coordinated development of tourism and urbanization strategy from the different angles. This study, not only enriches the relative theories of tourism and urbanization, but also expands the new situation under the study of tourism theory, and the coordinated development of regional tourism and urbanization, which is of great practical significance to promote regional economic transformation and development.This research follows the combination of theory and empirical analysis, from the problem seeking to solve the problem of research. The thesis is divided into seven chapters, the contents and conclusions of the study are as follows:Firstly, this study points out the tourism and the urbanization coordinated development research is the important background station development in the model of urbanization and tourism industry, therefore, this study not only meets the practical needs of today’s society transformation and development of the region, but also meet the need of theory development. The important problem to be solved in this research is the mechanism of coordinated development of tourism and urbanization, which provides reference for decision in promoting the coordinated development of tourism and urbanization.Secondly, the paper discusses internal mechanism and function mechanism of coordinated development of tourism industry and urbanization, based on the theory of co evolution, and studies its conditions of co-evolution, dynamic factors, evolution path of system of self-organization theory. Analyzing on game relationship of stakeholders, it puts forward to realize coordinative route of the evolution of the system. Research that system co-evolution occurs in three among tourism enterprises, enterprises population, the tourism industry and urbanization through the micro, meso, and macro of collaborative evolution. System co-evolution condition is of entropy reduction. Based on a different perspective, this paper generalizes power sources of collaborative development system into three types, namely, the fundamental driving force of competition and collaboration, the micro-power of the individual’s self-adaptability, the random fluctuation of motivation. Based on Synergetics, synergetic order parameter of system development is put forward. Based on Haken Model, the formation and development of the order parameter are reasoned. On the basis of the evolutionary game theory, the evolutionary game model between enterprise and government is established. A coordination degree evaluation index system and evaluation method are also set up. Since the initial condition of system co-evolution differences from tourist towns, mainly cover of three kinds of evolution path, including recreational business district, the ReBAM around urban suburban district, and tourism towns and villages. Collaborative development needs from six aspects of tourism and urbanization system covering of the target, organization coordination, institution coordination, interests coordination, collaborative innovation, information coordination, may achieve the co-evolution of the overall situation of tourism and urbanization system.Furthermore, in order to analyze regional differences in tourism and urbanization collaborative development, studies suggest a positive association with a significant impact on the national level, the eastern region, the central region of tourism and urbanization. The impact of tourism development in the western region of urbanization is not significant. It has also become a cause tourism resources in the western region is abundant, but, the tourism industry plays an important reason for the effect is not obvious, with its poor tourism bearing function.Thirdly, this study based on the theoretical framework of collaborative development of tourism and urbanization, the coordinated development of associated factors of tourism and urbanization, and puts forward the choice of variables, the use of structural equation model to make empirical analysis related factors in the development of law on tourism and urbanization. Studies suggest that coordinated development between the tourism and urbanization needs not only tourism resources support, but also a potential market, and above all, needs coordinated development between the tourism and ecological society and city. On this basis, the government policy support, promotes the realization of coordinated development of urbanization and tourism. At the same time, the author combines with the actual case study of coordinated development of tourism and urbanization in Hunan. The article set good example for other regional tourism and provides decision-making references on collaborative development between the tourism and urbanization.Finally, it discusses the strategy of coordinated development between tourism and urbanization. Some systematic suggestions for coordinated development between the tourism and urbanization are given as follows:strengthening the top-level design, system innovation, and technological innovation, etc.
