Global problem of land has become one of the main obstacles of sustainable development of human society, How to protect land of ecological environment has become a common serious issues. In order to ensure human survival and development, a fundamental solution to the issue of land use will need to break the traditional land-use way of thinking, to expand the scope of regulation of ethics and morality, to implement the ethical use of the idea of land.Land-use advocacy and the establishment of ethics is to target the scope of human morality, from the field and the community extend to the natural world. Environmental Ethics as an important component of land use have a profound ideological and ethical foundation. The ancient Chinese thoughts "harmony between man and nature", modern western environmental ethics provides a strong theoretical foundation for the research of the issue of land-use ethics.This paper discusses the question of land-use ethics how to practice in real land-use. The structure is divided into six Parts, preface the first part begins with the combination between land and ethics, and then demonstrates the inevitability and necessity of the ethics involved in land use. It also gives the definition of what land ethics and introduce the research status quo at home and abroad and research methods. Part II introduces the conception of the land, land use, land-use ethics and analyzes the characteristics of land and land-use characteristics of our country; The third and fourth part introduces the origin of land-use ethics and the major ethical problems existing in the process of land use. And Part V and Part VI analyzes land use practice should be guided by the principles of ethics and tries to give the specific measures and ethical methods to implement land-use ethics. Finally, in conclusion I firmly believe that the land-use ethics will certainly become a common concern to society as a whole, one of the ethical beliefs.
