Vocational education is driven by social demands. It’s emergence and development is closely related with society development. Nonetheless, industralization is a significant theme emerging Western Europe. This essay inspects vocational education system change in the perspective industrialization by putting vocaitonal education system into socail mechanism.The essay needs to solve two core issues. One is what is the historical logic of emergence and development of vocational education in our country. The other is what is the enlightment of construction of contemporary vocational education system in Chinese late stage of industralization.This essay consists of six chapters.Chapter 1 Introduction This chapter includes background, hypothesis and plan.Chapter 2 Concept Definition, Research Review and Theoretical Basis.This chapter firstly defines the concept and connotation of industrialization, industrialization process and vocational education system. The essay sorts out Chinese industrialization development stage which formate the model of historical stages and development of vocational education system as well. Second, the existing research results are summarized and analysed, as the research theoretical basis.Next, the existing research fruits as theorial basis are summarized and analyzed. Last but not least, this essay sets the framework of relationship between industrialization and vocational education.Chapter 3 Initial Shape of Early Instrustrializaiton and Chinese Vocational System This essay teases out historical process of modern industrial education system and vocational education system in view of the the talents demands change resulting from early industrialization. The essay then describes the inner morphological characteristics. Through analysing the effects of changes of external enviroment brought by early industralizaition, such as social economy, politics, ideology, we find that early industralizaiton process is important contributors of shaping modern vocational education system. Modern education thoughts is the main driver of system evolution. Modern vocational education system exceed the reality of social development.Chapter 4 Development of Chinese Socialist Industrialization and Vocational Education System Taking talents demands change made by socialist industrialization as the main thread of the paper, the essay sorts out industralizaiton stage before and after new China establishment, the emergence and development as well as inner morphological characteristics of beginning and developing period of industralization. In this period of time, vocational education system led by government is constantly adapted by evolution of industralization development but has a lag of social demands.Chapter 5 Historical Logic of Chinese Vocational Education System Development This essay analyses and concludes historical logic of Chinese vocational education system. First, Chinese industralization process affects vocational education system. Second, multiple factors such as politics, economy and culture evloves the development of vocational education system.Third, government is the main power to promote vocational education system development.Chapter 6 Enlightment of Construction of Chinese Comtemporary Vocational Education System in the Late Industralization On the basis of effects of social development status and trends and vocational education system as well as mutual characteristics and trends of developed countries vocational education systems when China entered the late industralization,an idea is presented that constructing comtemporty vocational education system should comply with the development of Chinese industralization, integration and innovation in social system. The system should be designed on the basis of self-construction.
