| Anhui Twelfth Five-Year Development Plan will see Huangshan City as one of thethree central cities for tourism construction. Based on some world-class and nationaltourism resources like Huangshan Scenic Area, Xidi and other world heritage, Huangshanhas shaped the brand of world heritage sightseeing, cultural experiences, leisure, sports andother tourism products. With the development of the transport network of internationalairport, high-speed rail, high-speed highway system, Huang Shan is getting more closer tothe goal of being a major channel to build a world-class tourist destination and also playinga more important role in driving Integrated development of international tourism andcultural demonstration area in southern Anhui, eventually to be tourism leader of Anhui,East China’s tourist center and symbol tourist destination of China. Huangshan Tourism notonly has a very important position within the scope of Anhui Province, and also is animportant node in the national tourism spatial layout.The main text adopts the methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis, combiningthe general theory and case study, the data survey method, literature reviewing, systemsanalysis, comparative analysis, to study present situation, problems and intrinsic reasons ofunreasonable tourism resources development in Huangshan city, and explore tourism marketdemand and development trend, tourism resource development and sustainable developmentstrategies, especially considering the classification and evaluationof tourism resources inHuangshan city, and the goal of sustainable development.In this paper, the study of tourism resource development and the sustainabledevelopment of huangshan city is followed by the pace of ‘raising problem-analysisproblem-solve the problem’, starting from the classification, evaluation, presentdevelopment and protection situation and existing problems of huangshan city tourismresources development, analysis how to improve the state of tourism resource development,thus promoting the sustainable tourism development of huangshan city, on the other hand, asthe trend of tourism development, tourism market demand also affects the developmentdirection of the tourism resources, how to make the tourism resource development to meet the needs of the market, conforms to the trend of tourism development to promote thesustainable development of tourism is another Angle analysised in this paper, based on thetourism resources development and two-way interactive relationship between thesustainable development and tourism resources developmet.
