In recent years, with the development of society, people’s travel tastes are also rising. sightseeing has been unable to meet the needs of tourists. Based on this requirement, cultural tourism is becoming the first choice for people traveling. Dietary and cultural resources are an important part of cultural tourism resources, and also accepted by people of all ages. Mining the diet of cultural resources, developing the tourism could promote economic development, enhance the cultural connotations and quality of tourism, and promote the sustainable development of tourism.
