In addition, small andmedium-sized resource city with basic industry occupies a considerable proportion inour country city, through the study of Anda City industrial structure adjustment andoptimization, the purpose is to other small and medium-sized resource-based city inChina, especially small and medium-sized resource city with basic industry play anactive role in the future.In this paper, taking Anda City as an example, the research has been done onresources optimization of industrial structure and sustainable development, based onthe absorption of the results of previous studies and analysis, combined with thecurrent situation of the development of resource industry Anda City area, Andastructure of industrial development course as well as the industrial structurecharacteristics were described using data envelopment analysis (Date EnvelopmentAnalysis, DEA) principle and industrial layout optimization evaluation principle andpositioning of industrial structure and the status of Anda city. For further study ofsustainable development of Anda city, it combined with the path optimization ofsustainable development of the system dynamics principle design. Base on theinvestigation results, combined with the development plan of Anda City, put forwardeffective counter measures to development of industry of Anda City. At the same time, it will guide the industrial structure adjustment and sustainable development on a lotof good reference resource city with basic industry.
