Smart grid has became an important research area in the world in recent years. It will become the future development direction of electric power industry. The construction of the smart grid is a concentration of investment process, in which government and social capital will quickly participat. It will produce the enormous economicbenefits. The flow of economic benefits will have a profound impact on the main market. The power market interest chain is a complex relationship system. The impact of risk transfer path is also very complex. In the smart grid environment, the risk research on electricity market interest chain has practical significance.In this paper, the project risk element transmission theory is introduced into smart grid interests chain risk research from the dynamic risk perspective. First of all, the research on the theoretical foundation innovation, establish the power market interest chain model, put forward the interests chain concept system, analysis to the risk identification of smart grid on the downstream of each participation body. Through the data analysis of mining risk factors, the paper builds risk element system. Based on innovation risk element transmission theory, the paper puts forward the risk elementdrive theory. In the smart grid environment, electric power market interests chain risk element transmission model is presented.In this paper, risk element transmission model of market price driven interests chain is established. Based on risk element transmission theory, the risk theory and empirical phenomenon are reachered using system dynamics theory.
