Inquiry On Land Port Operation Mechanisms Based On Integration Field Perspective

Land port arises from the further development of the logistics industry. Land port operations re-integrated the organization of logistics resources to meet comprehensive logistics service requirements in the service economy age. Currently, research on land port operation problem has been paid much attention. This research attempted to study the land port operation mechanism, based on the integrated logistics field theory. The research established a logic self-consistent framework on the operation mechanism of land port by using of standardized demonstration and simulation methods.The logic start of this study is land port has been formed. The author believes that land port is a complex system which gathered logistics resources and logistics industry related element. The operation of the land port has a relatively fixed system and mode. Land port operation mechanism is mainly composed of three parts, gather, operation and foreign service. By integrating participate in enterprise logistics resources and other factors, Land port operation mechanism formed the comprehensive coordination of land port operation, perfected land port logistics service sharing mechanism, and by encouraging land port logistics service resources across the border cooperation, it realized the land port service mechanism. Specific research process is divided into the following sections: First of all, through the analysis and making a summary of the status literatures on the connotation of land port and the differences and connections between the land port and ports and logistics parks, the research defined the composition and operation structure of land port; Second, based on the integrated logistics field theory, the research constructed research system of the operation mechanism of land port, and put forward the structure of land port operation. Third, through the integration and optimization of resources on land port of each subsystem level across the border from enterprise, realize land port aggregation process, which contained the line aggregation optimization and logistics tasks aggregation optimization; Fourth, from the logistics integration perspective, by building land port accumulation ability of system dynamics model and the method of simulation experiment, the formation of land port operation mechanism and function of process were systematic learned; Fifth, the research analyzed the connotation of land port coordination mechanism and the forming foundation, and set up multi-agent cooperation model in the process of land port service, detailedly studied the formation and process of land port perfect coordination mechanism. Take the service status of xi ’an international port zone as an example, the service implementation process of xi ’an land port are analyzed in detail. On this basis, the research conclusion was had.Based on integrated logistics field theory,the aggregation mechanism and operation mechanism of logistics activities was analyzed, and how to develop land port foreign service was studied. A new research perspective was provided in the study on how to master the law of the land port operation and development logic, and the positive effect for land port in promoting logistics industry.
