In process of high-tech manufacturing(HTM) industry progressing toward high technology even higher technology at the guide of “12th Five-Year Plan” of China, innovation policy proposed by our government promote a large number of innovative elements successively turning into this industry, resulting in this industry has a higher level of technological innovation compared to other general industries. However, most companies still pay inadequate attention to organizational innovation(OI) including organizational elements of corporate structure, mechanism, strategy and culture in tending to carry out technological innovation(TI) activities, and enterprises having paid some attention to OI do not achieve the match and coordination between OI and TI. This phenomenon of unbalanced development from OI and TI leads to the inefficiency problem of "high input and low output" occurring. The innovation success of enterprise has not only referred to the hard power of TI, but closely related to this soft power of OI. How to effectively coordinate the relationship between two innovations has an important practical significance. Enterprises with high innovation will lead to higher organizational efficiency, which can not be separated to the support from the positive interaction between OI and TI. In different development period of enterprises, a series of factors such as complex external environment, progress characteristics and history priorities lead to obvious differences of two innovations at aspects of development gradation and change degree, so that the way of interaction between two innovations is not fixed. Enterprises at different stages of development are how to ensure two innovations to be a positive interaction and drive two innovations jointly to produce significant effect in the promotion of IE, so as to solve this problem of “high input and low output”. The matching mechanism between OI and TI of enterprises in different life cycle stages needs to be exhaustively discussed.Based on summary and sort at home and abroad of matching relationships between OI and TI, this relationships influencing IE, and dynamic research of innovation matching, combing with innovation and matching theory, socio-technical systems theory, dual and antithesis theory, life-cycle theory, complex system theory and business management theory, and system analysis, statistics, system dynamic and simulation method, this paper researches the matching relationships and matching mechanism between OI and TI of enterprises in different life cycle stages. On one hand, considering the high-tech enterprise’s own attributes and characteristics of different stages, on the other hand, statically and dynamically researching on matching relationships between OI and TI as well as matching mechanism. The specific contents of the research include:First of all, features and innovation properties of HTM enterprise are summarized. Bases on this, this research makes an analysis of the definition about OI, TI and both matching, combining dual system theory to analyzes dual characteristics both matching, and analysizes the interaction between OI and TI. Considering the innovation attributes and different life cycle stages of HTM enterprises, and considering the subsystem of matching process, the matching innovation patterns of OI and TI at different life-cycle stages of the enterprises are discussed. Furtherly, different matching relation models of OI and TI are put forward, so the different relationships between two innovations are revealed.Secondly, this research constructs theoretical model framework of OI and TI matching mechanism from a static perspective. Based on the model framework and combining previous research, static matching mechanisms of OI and TI and research hypotheses at different life cycle stages of the HTM enterprises are constructed and proposed. Under the premise of testing validity and reliability of the questionnaire from multiple sample companies, the use of statistical methods makes a division and classification to different life cycle stages, measuring OI and TI as well as IE. Based on this, this paper examines different static matching mechanism models and assumptions, revealing different static matching mechanism of different life cycle.Thirdly, at the basis of this research results about matching process patterns and matching relationship models, as well as static models of matching mechanism, this paper constructs theoretical model framework of OI and TI dynamic matching mechanism based on principle of system dynamic causal feedback, based on this, constructs system dynamic model of OI and TI dynamic matching mechanism, and makes a reasonable setting. Through simulation, the development behavior from matching system of OI and TI is described. The details are that, the development trend of OI and TI in the matching process is analyzed, and the changing trend from OI, TI and their interaction affecting IE. The innovation matching development path of different life cycle is proposed. So the dynamic matching mechanism of OI and TI at different life cycle stage is revealed. At last, select three HTM enterprises in different life cycle stages as a case study, and make an analysis of matching process pattern separately. Based on this, static and dynamic matching mechanism of OI and TI from different case is made empirical research. Based on this research results, management policies and suggestions of static matching mechanism design, dynamic matching mechanism optimization, and interface management are proposed, in order to supply theoretical basis and practical guidance for innovation management.
