The development of information technology such as mobile Internet and big data has spawned a new enterprise recruitment model—social network recruitment,which enables information to be transmitted more accurately and efficiently between enterprises and candidates.As the core resource of high-tech enterprises,human resources directly affect the transmission and cultivation of excellent talents.In solving the problem of information asymmetry,social network recruitment has been favored by high-tech enterprise recruiters with its unique advantages.Therefore,from the perspective of personal and organizational matching,it is particularly important to study the effectiveness of social network recruitment in high-tech enterprises.On the basis of systematically combing relevant literature,combined with the particularity of human resources in high-tech enterprises,the main influencing factors affecting social network recruitment are summarized:high-quality recruitment advertisement design,targeted social network selection,comprehensive job analysis,the scientific nature of the online evaluation method,the competency of recruiters,the participation of employees,the authenticity of information between the two parties,and introduce the intermediary variable of individual and organization matching,then construct a research model of the effectiveness of social network recruitment in high-tech enterprises under the guidance of relevant theoretical foundations.As a high-tech enterprise with a large volume of high-tech enterprises,Suzhou City has a significant impact on the development of high-tech industries in China.At the same time,the utilization rate of social network recruitment channels is high,and its data is representative.Therefore,this paper selects Suzhou high-tech enterprises to collect sample data,and adopts the questionnaire survey method to recruit enterprise recruiters who have participated in the social network recruitment activities of high-tech enterprises as the object of questionnaire distribution,collect data through online form,and use statistical analysis method.Descriptive analysis,reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis were carried out on the survey data by SPSS software to verify the hypotheses proposed in this paper.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The influence factors of social network recruitment in high-tech enterprises have a significant positive impact on individual and organizational matching.(2)The influence factors of social network recruitment in high-tech enterprises have a significant positive impact on the effectiveness of recruitment.(3)The matching between individuals and organizations plays a partial intermediary role in the factors affecting the recruitment of social networks in high-tech enterprises and the effectiveness of recruitment.At the end of the paper,based on the research conclusions,targeted countermeasures and suggestions are proposed,namely,designing high-quality job advertisements,selecting targeted social network platforms,conducting comprehensive job analysis,scientifically applying various online evaluation techniques,and encouraging The employees of the company actively participate in and cultivate the competence of the recruiters,improve the authenticity of the information of both parties,and enhance the matching between individuals and organizations.It is hoped that it can provide useful reference suggestions for high-tech enterprises to conduct social network recruitment.
