Research On The Relationships Between Industry Innovation Networks And Innovation Performance In The County Agriculture

"Three Rural Problems" are focused on by the CPC and the central government for a long time and become the focus of the Documents NO.1 of the Central Government for 11 consecutive years. The county is the carrier of solving "Three Rural Problems". Through the agricultural industry innovation, we can cultivate and strengthen characteristic industry in the county territory, and thus enhance agricultural innovation performance, promote the development of county agriculture which is the key and the only way of agricultural development. In this article, with the purpose of promoting the county economy development through the agricultural characteristic industry innovation, and using the project samples from The Science & Technology Specific Project for Enriching People and Strengthening County Economy as the research object, we select the relationships of agricultural innovation networks and innovation performance in county as the research point, and carry out the following research work with the method combining the theoretical analysis and empirical research:First, put forward the pattern of the agricultural industry innovation network.Combining innovation network theory with the special process of the agricultural industry innovation embedded in The Science & Technology Specific Project for Enriching People and Strengthening County Economy, we analyze the evolution of the agricultural industry innovation model and put forward the concept and pattern of the agricultural industry innovation network, namely, the agricultural industry innovation is a process of networked cooperation innovation.Second, construct the theoretical model of agricultural industry innovation network characteristics, knowledge acquisition and innovation performance in the county, and put forward the hypothesis on the relationships between the agriculture industry innovation network features and industrial innovation performance. First of all, we explain the logic process of agricultural innovation performance with the aid of innovation network theory,and build the comprehensive analysis framework of the agricultural industry innovation performance under the situation of network innovation; Secondly, we put forward the research hypothesis: the agricultural industry innovation network characteristics(network scale, network openness, intensity and quality of relationships) affect positively agricultural innovation performance through knowledge acquisition with the mediation of the absorbability of agricultural knowledge. Thus, we manifest the formation mechanism of the agricultural industry innovation performance from the point of view of network relations.Third, test empirically the research hypothesis with the data from The Science &Technology Specific Project for Enriching People and Strengthening County Economy. We use the software SPSS15.0 to test empirically the research hypothesis and obtain the supporting proofs with exception that the hypothesis the network openness and the intensity of the relations in farmer group positively influence the level of knowledge acquisition.Fourth, put forward some countermeasures according to the research conclusion. We put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to develop the county agriculture: the government should play fully the leading role; improve the innovation network of agricultural industry, and develop innovative cooperation relationship between industrial subjects; improve the ability of industry subjects to absorb knowledge, in order to improve the innovation performance, and develop the county agriculture.
