Study On Elements And Performance Of Mineral Resources Exploitation Integration

Mining enterprises in China presented the salient features of "numerous, small, scattered", low level of resource development and utilization , no high tech, environmental degradation, serious and security risks. .Although the government has been promoting the development of mineral resources integration, integration of mineral resource development is a systematic project involving a realignment of interests, and the relations are complex and difficult. Mineral Resources Exploitation Integration is an important mean to focus on the development of mineral resources ,to solve the layout of mine development and unreasonable scale of resources ,adjust the structure of mineral development for intensive development. Integration is also an effective way to promote economic growth pattern mining. In the mining industry, integration is a forceful measure of implementing the 2009 Central Economic Work Conference and in 2010 the two associations on the "changing mode, adjusting structure". Therefore, the research of integration of mineral resources development has important political practical, significance and., economic value.In this paper, the author teased out the key reason for the failure of integration by a systematic research of the integration literature of mergers and acquisitions of domestic and foreign enterprises (including mining enterprises) and analyzed the basic characteristics of integrating of the development of mineral resources in China. ;The paper, drawing upon relevant theory, based on the theory of integration, analyzed the characteristics of mining enterprises in China, introduced the development and utilization and shortcomings of the status quo of mineral resources in China and summed up the results achieved and problems encountered of mineral resources development,of the whole country following a combination of qualitative and quantitative principles of systems. This paper lay the foundation for the integration of factor analysis and integration of performance evaluation studies of development of mineral resource.According to the reasons of the literature review derived from unsuccessful M &A; An integration of the actual situation is difficult to achieve its goal, so is the mining of mineral resources development. In view of these conditions,This article focused on the integration of a significant impact mineral resource development elements, mining of mineral resources development, integration of performance evaluation and the buildingof. models.The following areas are the innovation of this thesis:First, focus on the establishment of mineral resources development of the success of mergers and acquisitions affecting the mining of mineral resources element, mining exploration mining technology, mining personnel and mining elements of the corporate culture, integrated conceptual model and created integrated model of mineral resources development from the perspective of mineral resources; Second, propose eight core elements of integration, such as performance mineral resources, technology, environment, human resources and cultural, economic, security, management, social benefits and other factors affect through the survey, empirical research methods, so as to build performance evaluation of mineral resources development, integration of index system, the establishment of mineral resources development, integration of performance evaluation model;Third, performance evaluation of mineral resources development and integration of empirical research of integration typical cases from a number of selected coal integration examples, using Delphi method, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method and other methods of empirical analysis and the verification indicator system feasible of the same time, and extracted the key factors of integration of mineral resources development .Finally, conduct a comprehensive summary on the integration of China’s mineral resources, by combining theoretical study and empirical analysis from an objective perspective on identified problems and put forward policy recommendations for integration of mineral resource development.
