Objective:1 Clear TS children's physical characteristics of Chinese medicine to explore the relationship between children's physical characteristics and TCM disease and syndrome,provide new ideas and approaches for Clinical diagnosis and treatment.2 Observe the influence to TS model mice's spontaneous movement and content of monoamine neurotransmitter in plasma by jianpizhidongtang and Liujunzitang, xieqingwan, explain mechanism of Chinese medicine treatment of TS.3 Explore the influence of purging the liver in treatment for TCM, especially in athletic twitch and the role of learning and memoryMethods1 Formulate the scale of physique types, Assessment the physique of 100 cases TS children and 100 cases normal into group respectively, analysis TS children's Syndrome types and characteristics.2 Establish TS model mice by IDPN,give them jianpizhidongtang, Liu junzitang,Xieqingwan and Tiaprid,observe the change of TS model mice's spontaneous movement times and the levels of monoamine Neurotransmitte.3 Observe xieqingwan's influence of mice autonomic action, mice's convulsions by Pentetrazole and mice's obstacles of memory by Scopolamine.Results1 The research of TS's characteristicFor 100 TS children cases, there 45 liver hyperactivity cases,41 lung and spleen qualitative cases,14 spleen and kidney qualitative cases, no peaceful quality(P<0.01);for 100 cases healthy children, there are 20 liver hyperactivity cases,32 lung and spleen qualitative cases,18 spleen and kidney qualitative cases,30 peaceful quality (P>0.05).In liver hyperactivity cases, qi depression transforming into fire, syndrome of spleen deficiency and hyperactivity of liver yang production of phlegm by spleen deficiency, stirring of wind by yin deficiency accounted for separately 26.7%,31.1%,33.3%,8.9%; In lung and spleen qualitative cases, qi depression transforming into fire,syndrome of spleen deficiency and hyperactivity of liver yang production of phlegm by spleen deficiency,stirring of wind by yin deficiency accounted for separately 12.2%,17.1%,70.3%,0%; In lung and spleen qualitative cases, qi depression transforming into fire,syndrome of spleen deficiency and hyperactivity of liver yang,production of phlegm by spleen deficiency,stirring of wind by yin deficiency accounted for separately 57.1%,21.4%,0%,21.4%(P<0.01).2 The influence to the TS model rat spontaneous movement and monoamine neurotransmitter of plasma by herbal medicineThe first day after build model rat, there are differences between the number of independent activities, model group compare to blank group increased (P<0.01); Jianpizhidongtang group, Xieqingwan group compare to model group,Tiaprid reduced (P<0.01); The 28th day, there are differences between the number of independent activities, model group compare to blank group increased (P<0.01); Jianpizhidongtang group, Xieqingwan group compare to model group, Tiaprid group reduced (P<0.01); and the rest of each group independent activities frequency difference was statistically significant (P>0.05)Model group group compared with blank, DA,DOPAC,HVA,5-HIAA,NE in the plasma's content increased (P<0.05).Jianpizhidongtang group compared with Model group group, DA,DOPAC,HVA,5-HIAA,NE content in the plasma reduced(P<0.05). There is relationship between TS's characteristic and Syndrome types.The physical characteristics of TS children become their incidence of internal factors.2 Compound Chinese medicine group can reduce TS mice's central nervous excitability, and Xieqingwan plays a main therapy effect. Through the neurotransmitter in plasma content determination, speculate Jianpizhidongtang through the excited D2 receptors, open access, reduce DA indirect synthesis and release, and antagonism, reduce NE neurons in the brain activity of content to against twitch action.
