The Epidemiology Study About Bloody Dirtiness Syndrome Before Going Hospital For Patients Suffering From Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective: To explore the main symptoms,experimental diagnosis standard and influential factors about Bloody Dirtiness syndrome before going hospital for patients suffering from acute cerebral infarction. Providing sciencial evidence for further diagnosis, early effective prevention and treatment of Bloody Dirtiness syndrome. Methods: Through the methods of clinical epidemiology study,many aspects of Bloody Dirtiness syndrom were deeply investigated, such as the influential factors,main symptoms,the experi- mental diagnosis standard and developing rule by some means as follows: review of litera- ture, consultation with experts, formulation of questionnaire,excavation of numerical data and analysis of medical principle. Making questionnaire dually perfect through small sample survey,reliability and validity evaluation. Results: The investigative questionnaire about epidemiology study of Bloody Dirtiness syndrome before going hospital for patients suffering from acute cerebral infarction was formulated. And by large sample survey,the questionnaire was found to have good reliability and validity efficiency. The general clinical meterials of investigated objective were described and analysized by means of statistics such as frequency,means,χ2 test and T test. The main influential factors,sym- ptoms and the experimental diagnosis standard of Bloody Dirtiness syndrom were revealed by analysis of stepwise regression of Logistic. Furthermore,the predictability of syndrome model was good. Conclusion: The main symptoms about Bloody Dirtiness syndrome before going hospital for patients suffering from acute cerebral infarction are listlessness,insomnia,unstability in activity,out of fluency in speaking,dizziness and inflexibility in activity of limb. The significant experimental diagnosis standard are Fibrinogen, Cholesterol, Triglyceride and LDL-C. The main influential factors are spirit, environ- mental pollution,bad habit of appetite,appetite for smoke,family history of hypertension, diabetes history and age.
