Clinical Research On Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Due To Spleen Deficiency Stomac Heat And Blood Stasis Syndrome Treated By Shenxia Erzhu Decoction

Objective: The chronic atrophic gastritis is a common disease, frequently-occurring accompanied by metaplasia of intestinal epithelium, hyperplasia or gastric cancer. The chronic atrophic gastritis is one of the most researched disease of the digestive system. At the present time Western treatment eradicates Helicobacter pylori infection and treats indigestion unlike Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation which have a special and regular method with less side effects in treating chronic atrophic gastritis.The current article discuss the actions and applications of ShenxiaErzhu Decoction in treating chronic atrophic gastritis and gastric precancerous lesionsMethod: The treatment group consisted of 57 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen deficiency stomac heat blood stasis syndrome and gastric precancerous lesions treated by ShenxiaErzhu Decoction and the control group consisted of 30 patients treated with Weifuchun (WFC). Observation of the pathology and comparation of curative effect.Result: The effective percentage in treatment group was 22.8%, the effective percentage was 73.6%, the total effective percentage was 96.4; The effective percentage in control group was 56.7%, the total effective percentage was 56.7%. All of them received gastroscope examinations, the total effective percentage in treatment group was 75.4% and 53.8% in the control group (u=2.459 p=0.014). The statistics showed that in both groups the atrophic glands and the intestinal metaplasia have a obvious discrepancy, the heteromorphic hyperplasia improved significantly (p<0.05) but have no obvious statistics.Conclusion: Analysis indicates that chronic atrophic gastritis treated by ShenxiaErzhu Decoction have an fair curative effect and can reverse the gastric pathology in atrophic gastritis...
