A Study On Zhong Shu She Ren And Literature Of Northern Song Dynasty

People aways live under a specific political system since they came into the civilized times.Theirbehavior was reflected in political system and was controlled by it.Only through the political system can weget the whole nature of the historical phenomena,no matter what sociocultural research we engagein.Political system embodys the intellectual civilization,controls the progress of it.As a part of SongDynasty's politic system,Zhong Zhu She Ren were doomed to take part in the social activities of SongDynasty and had an impact on it.Many famous writers served as Zhong Zhu She Ren,they took charge ofdrafting emperor's orders .They played an important role in not only in political aspect,but also in othersocial life .In addition to drafting documents,they also took charge in drawing regulations,compilingbooks,upholding imperial examinations.They had markedly literate nature.The emperors of Song Dynastyensured their status,payed them well. Most Zhong Zhu She Ren were outstanding scholars.They led thefashion of literature of Song Dynasty.As a group that emperors gave courtesy,they were active in literaturearea and made contribution to the prosperity of the literature of Song Dynasty.But as this thesis,the key ishow to set up connection between Zhong Zhu She Ren and the iterature of Song Dynasty,reveal theinfluence of Zhong Zhu She Ren to literature of Song Dynasty and the relationship between them.There're many historical datas and clues about Zhong Zhu She Ren.In order to give importance to theliterature nature of Zhong Zhu She Ren,poetry and articles are the main contents of this thesis.Revealingthe politic and culture connotation that contained at the politic system,studying their politicactivities,lifestyle and characters are the purpose of the thesis.As a task on group research,the thesis contains 5 parts according to the feature of research objection."System-Writers-Literature"mode was used,the research methord was the combination of literatureand history.Chapter 1:The study on bureaucratis system of Northern Song Dynasty.This part based on the achievement of historic study,discussed the denomination,selection andmanagement of Zhong Zhu She Ren.Then discussed the change of their duty.In order to stress on the feature of their literary talent,Han Lin Xue Shi and Zhong Zhu She Ren were also compared at this part atthis part,Chapter 2:The literary deeds of Zhong Zhu She Ren in Northern Song Dynasty.First,their deeds in court salon was studied in this part.The emperors in early Song Dynasty respectedwriters,banquets were often held in the palace. Zhong Zhu She Ren took part in the banquetsfrequently.They wrote poetry mutually with the officers in Guan Ge,even with the emperors.The poetryaffected the style of the poetry in Song Dynasty as a part of it.Second,the relationship between Zhong ZhuShe Ren and imperial examnations was studied in the part. Zhong Zhu She Ren were the examiners inimperial examnations,especially in early Song Dynasty.The relationship between Zhong Zhu She Ren andthe scholars who passed the exam provided possibilities to the establishment of literarure groups.Third,Zhong Zhu She Ren deeds in compiling books was studied in the part.They compiled large-scale books andwrote poetry about their deeds.The contaction between Zhong Zhu She Ren and other writers was alsostudied.In a word, Zhong Zhu She Ren showed great passion on recommending young writers,they wereworshiped by many young writers because of their reputation.Many young writers became famous andpopular as a result of their recommendation.Chapter 3: Zhong Zhu She Ren and the poetry of Northern Song Dynasty.This chapter contains 3 parts,which arrangemented in time order.This chapter mainly studied on theinfluence of Zhong Zhu She Ren's poetry.First,the thesis discusses Zhong Zhu She Ren and Bai-Tipoetry,Xi-Kun poetry,which were very popular in early Song Dynasty. Wang Yucheng and Li Fang were therepresentative poet of Bai Ti poetry. Yang Yi and Liu Jun were the representative poet of Xi-Kunpoetry.Second,the thesis discussed Zhong Zhu She Ren's contribution to the middle-term poetry ofNorthern Song Dynasty.The Zhi Zhi Gao experience of Ouyang Xiu and An Wang An shi was veryimportant to their poetry creation.At last,the thesis discussed Zhong Zhu She Ren's contribution to the lateNorthern Song Dynasty.Yuan You Ti poetry was the most famous group in the literate area of Song Dynasty.Zhong Zhu She Ren were important to it and they controlled the progress of it.They were good at not onlyliterature but also politic.They dominated the literate area.The poetry wrote by them showed the evolutionof poetry in Song Dynasty.Chapter 4:The study on Zhong Zhu She Ren and prose writing in Song Dynasty. This chapter studied on the progress of Zhong Zhu She Ren's article.The achievement of the article inSong Dynasty mainly concerntrated in classical prose.The classical prose campign made prose writingbecome prosperous and had great impact on poetry and verse.It was the key of the innovation of literaturein Song Dynasty. Zhong Zhu She Ren played an important part in the classical prose campaign.Forexample,Wang Yucheng advocated prose writing during his Zhi Zhi Gao time and recommended lots ofyoung writers.Ouyang Xiu wrote many easy prose when he svrved as Zhi Zhi Gao.He objected theincomprehensive tendency in prose writing,showed the correct direction of classical prose writing in SongDynasty.The main duty of Zhong Zhu She Ren was drafting the emperor's order,which was classified inverse.So Zhong Zhu She Ren were closely related to the verse writing in Song Dynasty.The main versegroup in early Song Dynasty-Wu-Dai group,which were constituted by Zhong Zhu She Ren.OuyangXiu reformed the verse writing during his Zhi Zhi Gao time.Since then,the verse of Song Dynasty newfeature.Appendix:The chart of Zhong Zhu She Ren in Northern Song Dynasty.The serving time of Zhong Zhu She Ren,their hometowns and the level of education were counted inthis part.We can get a whole and detailed impression about Zhong Zhu She Ren.This part can providereliable material for further studying on Zhong Zhu She Ren of Song Dynasty.
