The research consists of three organic parts including analysis of literature, construction of theory models and pragmatic studies of Weil-Being. In the last three decades, western early research focused firstly on describing and comparing the happiness of people from all walks of life, then exploration of the theoretical models and multiple measurable instruments. The tendency of current research shows the characteristics of thoroughness, systemization and application. The controversial and complementary viewpoints on Well-Being have been derived from two camps: Psychological Well-Being and Subjective Well-Being, the SWB(Hedonic) which focuses on happiness and defines Well-Being in terms of pleasure attainment and pain avoidance; and the PWB(eudaimonic) which emphasizes particularly on meaning and self-realization and defines Weil-Being according to the degree of personal self-realization. At the present time, what is lack in domestic researches are diversification of different theories, integration of conceptual framework and comparison of various measurable models. The research commits itself to the split and integration of research on Weil-Being, adhering to the combination of theory and practice, seeking the unification of happiness and meaning, of enjoyment and development, of subjective and objective, so as to construct the conceptual model and indices of measurement which can combine Psychological Weil-Being and Subjective Bell-Being, on the basis of these, the paper tries to design a indigenous questionnaire which is multi-functional, multi-dimensional and all-round way. There are, in this questionnaire, nine aspects belonging to Psychological Well-Being and Subjective Well-Being respectively. These aspects are life satisfaction, positive affective, negative affective, life vitality, health concern, altruism commitment, self-value, friendly relationship and personal development. There are 50 items in this questionnaire in total. Take undergraduates as subjects, the exploratory analysis and tests of reliability and validity have been carried out on them.In conclusion, some suggestions were made on the transition towards to a new type science concerning human beings' positive character in order to carve out one's way for the better future and Well-Being.
