Everything in the world has its own laws, and so does language. Language does not only have its earliest genetic parts which are maintained throughout history but it also has many variations. In the long history of development and variation of language, each of its essentials and numerous cells have undergone historical variations to different extents. Some of the basic components may maintain for good, but others may disappear or vary to an unrecognizable state. The language of every nation contains its own special components as well as the common ones of human language. Only these special components can compose the cultural system of a language that differs from that of other languages. With the evolution of social history, the Mongolian language has experienced great changes over hundreds of millions of years. The Mongolian languages that spread over different countries in the world have developed special fragrance of their own due to the social history, political system, economy and culture of that country. The historical developments of the Mongolian inflectional are not always the same even in the same country. At present, the Mongolian is at the stage of rapid development, especially the large social and linguistic environment where the different nationalities of our country live together has shown various degrees of influences to the modern Mongolian inflectional. These influences are of great importance to the study of Mongolian inflectional.Among the studies of Mongolian for over half a century, those on written and verbal Mongolian have owned a critical position, and those on inflectional have always been in a week status. The study on the Mongolian inflectional has seen some success since the 50's after the liberation; however, the Mongolian inflectional which has 5 million users and which is changing rapidly are not attached with due importance by the researchers. Besides, the comprehensive study on the inflectional and the characteristics of their variation and the explorative study on the their regularity are far from enough, while the difference between the written and spoken Mongolian of our country is getting more and more evident nowadays. In view of such a situation, it is very important to do a investigate research on the inflectional and the characteristics of their evolution, to conduct a comprehensive and all-over comparative analysis and to find out the motive elements and special laws of their variation. The various Mongolian inflectional have maintained the old Mongolian characteristics at different degrees. There are many ancient Mongolian components in the Mongol inflectional, no matter in the phonology, grammar, lexicon or other aspects, which have provided many live materials for the exploration of the developmental and evolutionary history of the Mongolian language. The grammar of a language is the outcome of the long-term abstraction of the thoughts of its people. Thoughts may differ according to the time, individuals and the regional environment, but grammar will not. The phonology and lexicon of alanguage change quickly, but the grammar changes very slowly, although it does change. In the evolution of a language, that of the morphological components of grammar (inflectional affix) has its important prerequisite, that is, the evolution of phonetic system leads to that of the morphological structure of grammar. The evolution of the Mongol phonology has brought some systematical changes to the series of morphology changes. With paradigmatic and synthetic research methods, we may analyze the different variations of the Mongol morphology, generalize the regulation of its evolution and find out the ancient structure and the characteristics of its evolution of the Mongolian language. And this can provide us a theological basis for the understanding of the present condition and the history of the evolution of Mongol morphology and the anticipation of the trends of future evolution. In this paper, I will start from the analysis of internal elements of modern Mongolian inflectional and search the causes and regulation of the evolution of Mongolian inflectional affix with more comprehensive paradigmatic and synchronic methods. The paper is divided into four parts including the preface. One, the first part is the preface. First I will introduce the related research outcomes and the major research methods in this field, and put forward the objective, meaning and basic contents of this research, and then put forward the major thoughts and basic viewpoints of this research, and at last, I will introduce the categories of the Mongolian inflectional based on some Mongolian linguists viewpoints. Two, the second part is divided into three chapters to discuss the inflectional affix of the static words in the Mongolian language. The three chapters will discuss the plural affix, case affix, leader and possessive affix of Mongolian inflectional respectively, compare the oral forms of these nominal affixes of the static words in the Mongolian language integrity, and also compare them with those of medieval Mongolian or other Altaic languages, and at last generalize the regulation of historical evolution of the static word affix of the Mongolian languages.Three, the third part is divided into three parts to discuss the inflectional affix of the verbs in the Mongolian language. The three parts will discuss "voice" and "aspect" affix in the verbs of Mongolian inflectional, imperative affix and declarative affix, connective affix and verbal noun affix of the verbs in the Mongolian language respectively, compare the oral forms of these inflectional affixes of the verbs in the Mongolian language integrity, and also compare them with those of medieval Mongol or other Altaic languages, and at last generalize the regulation of historical evolution of the verb affix of the Mongolian languages.Four, the last part is makes a conclusion to the whole paper, and conducts a theoretical consideration to the evolutionary regulation of the Mongolian inflectional affix. The Mongolian inflectional of our country include three regional inflectional respectively in Inner Mongolia, Oirat and Bargu Buriyat. The Inner Mongolian dialect is the basic dialect of the Mongolian language in our country, which has six branches, of whom the Chakar dialect the standard one. For the description andanalysis of the common components of these three inflectional, we will discuss with examples the inflectional affix or the morpheme focusing on the Inner Mongolian dialect.Since I lay the focus on the particular morphological structure of the spoken Mongolian, I will not discuss the meaning and forms of some special morphology of medieval Mongolian language (such as the gender harmonious and ''number'" harmonious). Besides, I will not mention the zero forms (0 morphemes) in the Mongolian.
