Preposition is an important functional word in the Chinese grammatical system. It has played a very important role in expanding the capacity of meaning, in signifying the relationship between semantic syntax, accurate completion of communication, etc. Yuan-ming is a critical stage of development in Modern Chinese. The study for this period of Chinese prepositions is the necessary steps to sketch the face of the Yuan and Ming Chinese preposition, but also the important aspect of the study history of Chinese prepositions . We mainly study the Yuan and Ming Chinese Preposition from the following five aspects multi-dimensionally.Introduction It is mainly related to several issues of thesis writing. Yuan-ming is an important period in Chinese history. From the perspective of the history of Chinese grammar, it identified research objectives, research significance. There are four shortages which are not enough to explain linguistic phenomena and the lack of overall study, that were found through the Yuan and Ming Chinese Preposition Research Review . Therefore, this article will study some of the topics which were less studied under, or not adequately studied. The seven kinds of typical literature were selected as a research corpus of the Yuan and Ming. The research methods were took, which were quantitative and qualitative, synchronic and Diachronic, the North-South linguistic facts, prepositions Diachronic Evolution and the evolution of syntax took a combination. A clear understanding of issues related to the study of preposition will help to study the Yuan and Ming Chinese preposition deeply, mainly related to the preposition of the history , the definition of preposition and so on. Finally, the explanations are about writing style, Culture and the symbols of writing process. The Classification Analysis of Prepositions in Yuan and Ming Chinese The 118 Yuan and Ming Chinese Prepositions were collected. According to the syntactic significance (indexing function) they can be divided into the prepositions of the time -square, object-range, methods-with, reason-purpose and disposition-passive. The prepositions of time -square are involved in the largest number of prepositions, a total of 47 (not including other multi-category prepositions), followed by the preposition of object-range , a total of 29. The highest frequency of preposition is "zai", followed by "yu" ,the least only 1 case, such as "hu," "si" and so which are on the verge of disappearing. Most of the Yuan and Ming prepositions are directly succeeded from the preposition in Chinese Tang and Song dynasties or prior, also produced a "gen", "chao", "zhao" and other six new prepositions. The Synchronic Analysis of Yuan and Ming Chinese Prepositions and Prepositional Phrases From the syntactic point of view, Yuan and Ming Chinese prepositions and prepositional phrases were analyzed. The structure of Yuan and Ming Chinese preposition are mainly syllable-based, a total of 70, and 48 polyphonic prepositions. The polyphonic prepositions were mainly compound and additional. The prepositional objects were mainly body words. In general, all of the prepositions can take body words as their objects. There are 61 prepositions which can take predicates as their objects. The prepositions can be constituted prepositional frameworks with Position words, nouns, conjunctions, adverbs, prepositions and particles, which are mainly Position words. The syntactic position of Yuan and Ming Chinese prepositional phrase mainly lie between subject and predicate verb acting predicates, followed by the place lying after the verb predicate acting complements. The Pragmatic Analysis of Yuan and Ming Chinese Preposition From the perspective of language using, analyzing the Yuan and Ming Chinese prepositions mainly related to the hiding-appearing of prepositions, the choice of sentence, the pragmatic functions. There were three conditions in a specific application, which must be available, available and without. The hiding-appearing of prepositions were mainly influenced by semantics, syntax and pragmatics and other factors. In general, the prepositions can be used for the real sentences, but there was some certain selectivity for virtual sentences, which is mainly subjected to the adaptability of the prepositions themselves. Like the modern Chinese, Yuan and Ming Chinese prepositions, in certain circumstances, can be possessed the functions of the mark, focus and chapter, but the main object is the indexing function that connected object to modify predicate verb. The Development of Yuan and Ming Chinese preposition The Changes of preposition members were main respect of the development of prepositions. In the competition and development, the indexing functions of prepositions had been converted from one to another, the sub-classes also occurred in the corresponding transformation, or showed some trends. The development of the Yuan and Ming Chinese prepositional phrase is mainly manifested in the structure, syntax position and syntactic function and so on. From the development of Yuan and Ming Chinese Prepositions, several important laws about the development of prepositions can be summarized: the inheritance and development of prepositions, prepositions members of accumulation and exclusion, indexing functions such as differentiation and transformation. Conclusion On the basis of the study in the previous chapters, the conclusion is that the Yuan and Ming Chinese Preposition overall are close to the modern Chinese language. However, the development of Yuan and Ming dynasties preposition is both an expression of the Synchronic stage, but also demonstrates the adaptability of diachronic duration, also showed regional differences. The characteristics of the Yuan and Ming Chinese preposition, both are the results of the development of Chinese prepositions, but also the products adjusted within the prepositional system.
