On Theory And Approache Of Sustainable Land Use Planning

Land use planning, the important way and implement to come true the sustainable land use, has always been the hot topic not only in our country but also in the other countries. From the view of the subject development, as well as with the in-depth study on the theory and approaches of the sustainable land use and the land use planning, the planning theory and approach, provided to the sustainable development and the sustainable land use, has become an important and pressing task.Cut in the interactional mechanism between the sustainable land use and the land use planning, based on analyzing the object, the principle, the character, the content and the space-time scale of the sustainable land use planning, the dissertation put forward the procedures and the technical approaches which are fitted into the sustainable land use planning. In this part, the author made a retrospect and an expectation of the land use planning not only in our country but also in the other country. Then, the author expatiated upon the interactional mechanism between the sustainable land use and the land use planning. Based on the above, the author put forward that the conversion to the sustainable development idea is the up-to-date demand of the land use planning revolution, at the same time, the author brought forward the basic orientation the sustainable land use planning led to the change of the traditional and the transitional land use planning. Finally, the author dissertated the theory basis, the object, the principle, the character, the content and the space-time scale of the sustainable land use planning, and etc.The second part is the approach study of the sustainable land use planning. In this part, the author dissertated the idea and the procedure of the course of the sustainable land use planning, as well as the related preferential fields in and out the country. Then, the author expatiated upon some technical approaches fitted into the sustainable land use planning. The technical approaches include the followings, the appraisal and the potential analysis of the sustainable land use, as well as the ecological approach, the systemically harmonious approach, the compatibility approach between the fair and the efficient, the actively elastic approach, the public participation approach, the mathematic model approach, the appraisal and the decision approach, the management of the sustainable land use planning.The third part is the case study of the sustainable land use planning in Nanjing. The main contents are followings, the present analysis and the sustainable appraisal of the land use in Nanjing, the blue print and the project of the land use planning in Nanjing, the optimization scheme of the sustainable land use in Nanjing, and etc.
