Research On Risk Management System Of Engineering Construction Items

Risk management is a frontier science of modern mathematics, insurance, management, sociology and systematic theory .It has a history of over thirty years. Based on analysis of risk management literature, the paper emphasizes that the supervisor should firstly stress the consciousness and the attitude of risk in risk management, and analyzes the difference and transformation between the risk and the indetermination. Furthermore the elementary method and process of risk management suitable for our country is discussed according to international practice of general Risk Management Model.Object Oriented Risk Management System is also presented in order to meet the demand of a general risk evaluating model. Besides, the key technique is thoroughly discussed.In connection with the risk management of Baotou Copper Mine at the stage of feasibility study, the paper puts forward to the content and process of risk Management System and the method. And finally the Risk Management Report is compiled.
