The Theory And Application Of A Predicative Analysis On The Demand For Water Conservancy In Social And Economic Development

On the basis of analyzing the water conservancy problem concerning social and economic development,this article gives a predictive analysis and proposes strategic decisions on water conservancy development for the future economic development of Fujian Province. These analyses are based on the applied economy,systematic theory and sustainable development.This article sets out with the characteristics of the median-economy and puts forward a new idea regarding water conservancy research, namely water conservancy development should view the social demand as a start-point, the characteristic of economic operation as a key point. Thus the framework of water demand is bulit up and the dynamics model of water conservancy for the social and economic development of Fujian Province is established and experimented with the application of systematic dynamics. In addition,the development pattern of water conservancy of Fujian has been deeply explored and relative strategic methods are proposed.
