The international relation's adjusting has been changing after the cold war. The change of the relationship between the big powers is exerting more and more important influence on the global and regional economy, politics and military security.The relationship between such big powers in Asia-Pacific region as China, Japan and the United States has great influence on the global and regional economy, politics and military security.Besides the relationship between China and Japan, the exterior factors that influence the process of relationship between them are also worth exploring.Based on the backgrounds of Asia-Pacific regional economy, politics and military security, this paper probes the Sino-Japanese relation and the American influence so as to understand the distinguishing feature about big powers' mutual-relation.The international relationship between economy, politics and military security is very important in the international relations.This paper attempts to study the Sino-Japanese relation and American influence in three aspects, that is, economy, politics and military security.The structure of the paper is arranged as follows:In Introduction, it attempts to expound the relationship between the national interests, the regional interests and the surroundings as well as its influence on international relation. Based on this analysis, the paper puts forward some topics to be discussed and studying train and methods to be adopted.'Chapter 1 analyzes the characteristics of the economy, politics and military security after the cold war in the Asia-Pacific region. It emphasizes the relationship between China, Japan and the United States, which has an important influence on the regional stability.Chapter 2 explores the Sino-Japanese economic relation and the American influence. From the point of view of the relationship between the industrial shifting and the trade balancing, it studies the Sino-Japanese industrial structures mutual-help and the influence on the Sino-Japan economic relation's altering. Attention is paid to the Sino-Japanese economic relation's altering that during the American Asia-Pacific economic strategies. Moreover, it studies the relationship between the Sino-Japanese industrial structures and the Sino-American and Japan- American industrial structures (including their trade relation).It is disclosed that the United States is an important factor that influences the Sino-Japaneseeconomic relation's altering.Chapter 3 explores the Sino-Japanese political relation and the United States' influence. It analyses Japan's concerns about the factors of such big powers' influence as China and United States. The paper explores the status quo of the Sino-Japanese political relation and its grounds. It takes some key cases and elaborates the characteristics of and the reasons for the co-operation and friction in the Sino-Japanese political relation. The paper analyzes the characteristics and intention of the American Asia-Pacific political strategies. The paper seeks the significance of coordinating the national interests, their common interests and regional interests between three countries. The paper studies respectively the Sino-Japanese common interests, and the Sino-American common interests, and the American-Japanese common interests, and clarifies their interests' mutual-influence. The paper stresses the co-operation and the friction of Sino-Japanese political relations and the American influence.Chapter 4 explores the Sino-Japanese military relation and the American influence. Based on the demanding of Japan's military geo-security and regional security, the paper states the necessity of enhancing the Sino-Japanese military security co-operation. The paper puts stress upon the characteristics and the reasons for the co-operation and friction in the Sino-Japanese military relations.
