A Study Of Innovation Of Western Management Organization Theory

Comprehension of western management experience gives the priority to the understanding of western management theory so as to grasp the western management and organization theory because management is conducted in the organization and therefore management and organization provide the carrier of managing practice. It is quite valuable to research the management and organization theory, which is the core of the managing theory, as this kind of research not only better serves for the enterprise reforms in our country but further expands and deepens our perspective in the research of managing theory.Nowadays, the research of the management and organization theory only focuses on the perspectives such as managerial science, sociology and politics, and so do the present researching achievements of the management and organization theory. The author in this paper makes an attempt to bran-newly explore this theory from the point of view of managerial philosophy, namely, to arrive at the conclusion of its philosophical concept by hackling the development of the management and organization theory and to reveal the inner logic of "how-to-take-up-the-ball" of the outlook and values and methodology of the innovation of the management and organization theory through the observation of these aspects. It is expected that this article can theoretically enlighten the opinion of "how-to-take-up-the-ball" in these fields.The article attempts to represent the historical forms of the innovation of the management and organization theory by means of the scientific and philosophical animadversions during the research.The scientific animadversion refers to the conception that managerialists and the managing practitioners esteem the previous theoretical achievements as the retrospective objects and will achieve the theoretical innovation through revealing its own inner contradiction of the management and organization theory and the contradiction between the existing management and organization theory and new empirical facts.The philosophical animadversion is mainly to retrospect the logical premise, research methods, values and reasonability principle of evaluation. The retrospection of this kind directing to theoretical logic premise and basis is to re-think theoretical basis and principles. It innovates not only the contents of theoretical animadversion but also the internal foundation of theoretical system, and thus it is more profound and revolutionary.The scientific and philosophical animadversions in this paper are illustrated in three aspects: the first is the systematic carding of the innovation of management and organization theory. This part is composed of Chapter One and Chapter Two, which paves the way for further theoretical analysis by presenting the basic connotation of the management and organization and its theory and researching the carrying-forward and innovation of management and organization theory. The second is the philosophical analysis of the innovation of management and organization theory. Chapter Three, Chapter Four and Chapter Five consist of this part in which the research of the efficiency logic, specific methods and human hypnosis in the innovation of management and organization theory comes to the same philosophical level as world outlook, methodology and values. According to this analysis, efficiency is the direct end the management and organization pursue. However its highest aim is for the freedom and full-scale development of humanbeing, that is to say, the management and organization is to fulfill the noble task of modeling and consummating the humanity. The third is to analyze the reasonability and tendency of the innovation of management and organization theory.
